The coaching and analysis purposes that are taken in consideration by a person or a top

the details about the AOL CEO Tim Armstrong firing a patch employee and not apologising
properly later to the incident. AOL is an American web portal enterprise with multi portal game
services. By 2013, the organisation decided to shut down its patch websites. During this process,,
the CEO held a conference call with 1000 employees and fired Patch directors creative director,
Abel Lenz. Later, instead of apologising he made vague excuses rather than sharing what he
learned. The aim for the present research process is to identify the coaching needs for peers. The
scope will cover the measures taken for hard and soft skill and the coaching measures which will
help in evaluating the operations and thus, it will lead to carrying out of the managerial
effectiveness. Also, proper recommendations will be provided or management board of firm.

Peer coaching can be termed as a confidential process that involves two or more
colleagues at an organisation to have a high level of functionality. It helps in enhancing the
personal and professional hard and soft skills. Besides this, it supports the problem solving and
conflict resolution at work place.
The CEO of AOL Tim Armstrong announced the shutting out of their patch sites which
will help in proper assessment of the operational measures which included the unethical
termination of the director of the patch site department (Hunt and et.al., 2017). This indicates
that Tim lacks proper manage mental and team working skills which can take a major toll over
the performance and overall functionality of organisation that will help in establishing the short,
medium and long term management and operations goals or a high level of functionality of the
organisation. This will help in establishing a framework which assists in enhancing the overall
