INTRODUCTION
The current study is based upon to enhance the leadership point among peers so that they
will easily develop the leadership skills among them and also deliver the best clinical practices to
their students. Also, the current plan in essential for the peers so that they will easily understand
the meaning of leadership and its importance in the working environment and in the same way,
current study will focus upon the activities which assist the peers to make them comfortable
within the working environment (Al-Emran, Mezhuyev and Kamaludin, 2018). In every
organization and schools, it is quite necessary for the company and their staff members to use the
best learning style, so that they will easily deliver the best to others.
In order to provide the best method of teaching and leadership, there are different
activities which supports them in order to provide the best learning environment. Also, the
current study will provide different learning theories such that Vark model in order to get the
answer and provide better results. In the same way, study also provide the importance of using
effective leadership style so that it will assist to let other understand in better mode.

effective activity, every teacher will determine their own skills within a clinical practice so that
they make further improvement (Oermann, De Gagne and Phillips, 2017). That is why, every
university have their own induction period and training session that will assist to enhance the
overall performance of the teachers. Also, through the plan and especially in group task, it will
be easy for others teacher to determine how their peers work in critical situation. Moreover, it is
also analyzed that they may also take feedback in order to determine the loopholes so that they
will be easily perform the work accordingly. Thus, this activities and approaches are quite

leadership style so that they cope up with every situation as well.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above it has been concluded that most by applying the lesson plan within
a university will help to cope up with the problem of teacher and provide them opportunity to
increase their skills and performance. In the same way, the current study also concluded different
activities which every teachers must be apply so that they may determine their performance and
weaknesses as well. Further, study also evaluate that by using situation leadership style by the
teacher will help to cope up with the problem and reach to better conclusion as well.
Statement of the group collaboration
In the entire project, we are working together in order to develop the project in better
manner. Such that we are a group of 2 person and we all are contributing our best in order to
deliver the best and whenever we find any issue, then all of us will find a solution. Also, we
delegate the roles and responsibilities as per the capabilities and that is why, we are able to
present the project in better manner. There were many ups and downs, even one of our team
member also feel low, at that time, we all encourage or motivate them so that he again build a
strength and perform their best. Thus, it is clearly reflected that we work together and also
deliver the best by working in a group.
