The ideal candidate is required to have presentable personality, and is well organised. He/she

two approaches (Van der Wagen and White, 2018):
Internal recruitment: This approach is also known as in-house recruitment process.
As per this approach of recruitment, the organisation selects among its own
employees to fill in a particular job position. This approach of recruitment is quite
beneficial for the organisation, as it is cheaper and quicker process of recruiting. The
employees are familiar with the process of the company and its people (Shammot,
2014). Further, the organisation knows about the strengths and weaknesses of its
employees, and hence, it can recruit accordingly. In context to the recruitment for the
post of facility manager, the organisation Penguin Events can adopt this approach.
The company can select from the facility executives for the post of manager.
External recruitment: It is the approach wherein the company selects suitable
candidate for the position of the job among the person outside the organisation. This
approach allows the business to grow, as new people will bring in new and creative
ideas. The business shall have the opportunity to select the best candidate from many
applicants, and especially the ones, who have wider knowledge base and more
experience. However, the process is time consuming and it can affect the business if
