communicate or integrate into a new group and also self motivated that assist me in taking right

2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do and
what was the outcome?)
In my first year of Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Roehampton University I had
to represent the business idea that is based on customers satisfaction. It includes lots of
discussion and information about market and customers taste. In a group work, it is crucial for
me to have better communication skills so that I can easily encourage customers in effective
manner in order to get their satisfaction. Under this activity, I have realised that these skills are
important to come up with new ideas and ways. At the initial time, I found that there are lack of
coordination and direction in team work. In this, I encourage as well as motivate all the team
members so that they perform their task and at the same time also provide better ideas
appropriately. In this regards, the main objective of this idea is related with customers
satisfaction as it successfully presented and also awarded a first in class.
3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what did
you do and what was the outcome?)
At the time of presenting ideas in front of people I was responsible for managing time and also
maintaining proper balance in entire activities of project activities. While working as business
administrator I chosen pro active approach with the aim of involving in various aspects of the
company if possible. In this, data management is one of them in which company evaluate or
track people because its sources are quite limited. Along with this, due to innovative approach
manager of the company also develop debt collection system by using calls phone, written letters
and many more to tract the debts. With the assistance of this, company can easily improve
customers base and provide them better satisfaction. This will increase the chances of developing
positive relationship with larger number of customers. As this type approach also helped me in
improving my skills related with the problems that can be occur while performing job
responsibilities within the company. It help in attaining developing positive brand image of the
company by making it more competitive at market place. All these are support in attaining
positive and appropriate outcomes in stipulate time frame.

4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the
outcome?)
At the time of project activities it was important for me to make sure that all the equipments and
sources are manageable and ready that needs at the time of performing the project activities in an
effective manner. Along with this, I also call all the students and give them opportunities to ask
any kind of queries by using email, phone and many more to manager of the company. All these
are activities had to be done before starting the presentation so that entire activities can be done
effectively. As a Graduate research executive it is crucial for me to effectively understand the
actual responsibility. Along with this, I also tries to worked well with my colleagues so that we
can easily perform the allotted task and activities in stipulate time frame. This will also improve
my time management skill that assist me in executing as well as performing project task in
systematic manner.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your point
of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
I was selected topic on the basis of analysing customers satisfaction towards the company and its
offerings as well. In this, my task was interacting with people to understand their opinion and
desire so that their satisfaction can be easily increased. In this project, I was working in a group
in which all the team members share their knowledge towards the selected topic or project as
well. As I was evaluate the market trends and customers taste to develop innovative ways so that
I can easily perform my task activities in stipulate time frame. For persuade the team, firstly I
identify the benefits of customers satisfaction for company. In this, me and my team members
used effective presentation methods that is based on pictured form. It is eye caching and at the
same time also increase engagement of people. For better communication, we were use group
chats, face to face interaction that is more effective to delivered presentation successfully. By
this, I was obtained good rank and grade that assist me in increasing my motivation level.

At the time of interview simulation I improve my skills and knowledge and also was able
to determine some negative and positive aspects. By this I will learn and gain better outcomes
within my skills and abilities as well.

 At the time of interview, I was able to give all the answers asked from the interviewer. As
I was able to define my knowledge about the post of Graduate research executive.
 While giving interview, I am wearing professional attire that makes me more confident
that will support me in motivating me. This is consider as my main strength that helped
me in future to attaining career growth.
 At the time of giving interview, my positive attitude was assist me in influencing
interviewer towards my ideas and presentation. For this, I also feel that I will try to keep
eye contact that improve my confidence level and also easier to give my ideas.
 In the whole interview, I also use professional language to give clear answer to the
interviewer so that they easily understand my point of view.
 Good use of body language and eye contact help me in enhancing my motivation level at

The assessment centre simulation was undertake in group in which I evaluate that I
improve my confidence level because of my competitive nature at the time of interview process.
In this regards, I also analysed my positive activities such as:
 My communication was good and in am also focused towards the task activities within
the group. I was also motivate and influence other to give their innovative views and
opinion towards the selected topic and area as well.
 In the group activities, I was also able to pay attention to gather detailed information and
at the same time also communicate with team members. All these will assist me in
attaining best outcomes while performing activities in a group.
