INTRODUCTION
People, culture and the leadership style are the most important part of the organization
and together they help to create success for the company. People help to achieve goals and
objective for the company, culture create environment where employees cam work and
leadership helps to lead the employees effectively to achieve the companies vision and provide
huge success to the company.
This report will cover the reflection on the to different situation and leaders within the
industry. First will be based on the industry speaker and it will link the theories and concepts
covered in the subject and apply them to the both guest speaker and ourself. On the other
reflection section reflection will be based self leadership and how individual can developed the
leadership skills in themselves.
Reflection 1
During the classes I have learned about the writing the reflection and developing the RBS
which is called Reflective best self exercise and it can help me within the industry to develop
sense of my personal best (Barakat and et.al., 2020). I have learned that how it is segregated and
what thing we do concern in the writing reflection on our personal best learning and experiences.
In a lecture the speaker guest Louise Miller who reflect on their skills and leadership that
she use to manage the organization. Recently I she is an CEO of the De Paul Society Australia.
She also had more within the governmental bodies and part of the board member committee of
the organization. She shared her experience within as a leader and some points that can be
helpful for me to become the string leader and I can follow her advice to be successful leader.
She talk about the positivism and a leader should always positive in their role, and they
think positively that makes them different from the other. She believes that everything is possible
we just need to be unique and work together to achieve the co companies goals. She also work
with the strategic way to achieve goals and objective for the company in the future. I am a
positive person and think always positive that shoes my leadership quality as well. She also tells
about making goals for the future to be successful in the leadership. She believes that leaders
should think of the future that can be available, and they create strategies to achieve those goals.
I have some goals in my mind as well and I have work on the concept and believe on it, so I can
become something in the future and develop my carrel as a strategic lead and helps company and
lead the employees effectively who are working under me and achieve the goals and objectives.

Miller talk about the embrace challenges and leaders should take challenges within the
company and stay committed to complete their challenges. She believes that taking challenges
was the straight in her that helps Miller top be a successful leader and this concept I can also use.
Sometimes I scare to take challenges but if I want to be successful leader then I should take the
challenges seriously, so I can be successful leaders and help company to reach their vision and
achieve their goals and objectives.
Miller also give the importance to the communication because it helps her to create good
relationship their team and without communicate no leader can be effective in her opinion so thy
give advice to be focused toward the communication skills (Chong, and Fu., 2020). I am a good
communicate and have good communication skills because I can conviction complex things into
the simple by using the communication skills. Miller also mentioned that she is good at writing,
and she knows how to make the complex information into the simple that can be understandable
for the other, and they can use it to take advantages. Another expect she talks about was the
motivation. She said that motivation and influencing by the leaders are important and leaders
should know how to motivate their employees, so they can give their best top achieve the goals
and objective of the company, and she also mentioned identify the solution of the problems
thorough the article skill, and she thinks critically that helps her to solve the problems of their
employees and I can improve these skills in myself by taking the participation in the problems
within the workplace and motivate employees thorough various concepts of the motivation (Fry,
and Egel., 2017).
Reflection -2
Ways to develop leadership skills
In my opinion leadership plays most important role within the organization and it helps to
lead employees effectively. I also have developed leadership by working understand the top
industry leaders within the retail industry, and I am working with the ABC company as leaders. I
have leadership skills and able to handle the situation using the leadership style (Leclerc,
Kennedy and Campis., 2020). In the democratic leadership team member of the company take
participate within the decision-making process of the company, and they help leaders of the
company in taking decision. Each and every member who are presented within the decision
making process give their opinion and according to it they take decision to overcome from the
problem.

`As per my view I am using democratic leadership style because during the typical
situation at the workplace, I take helps of each and every member of my team to give their
opinion within the company and helps me to take decision for the company and organization can
overcome from the problems and company can achieve success within the industry. Situations
like decision-making where I take help of the team embers and most of the employees give their
creative idea that helps to increase the profitability of the company we were able to increase the
profitability of the organization. I have some skills that also clarify that I am using the
democratic leadership style like, at the workplace I give chance to the lower level of the
employees to take higher level responsibility that help them to take their work more serious, and
I can make them work believe that they can also work for the company on the higher level means
their confidence level boost (Okorokova and Parfyonova., 2018). This will helps me to create
confidence and in future I can appoint them ion the higher level within the company, so I will not
need to recruit someone from the outside and company will able to save their times in the
recruitment method.
I also help the employees participate within the employees and communicate with them
as a lead to create good relationship between make and my employees. This strategy is also a
part of the democratic leadership. I can also improve my skills in democratic leadership style if
develop some necessary skills in my self that are necessary for the leaders of the company like
communication skills. As a leader is necessary for me to have communication skills, I meet some
improvement in this area because I think I can improve more in this area and become more better
lead for the company and use the best possible benefits of the democratic leadership.
I will be use the knowledge and skills or the employees because employees are best in
their work and if we motivate them and communicate with them then we can use their
knowledgable and skill and talent to achieve companies goals and objectives and helps company
to achieve success within the company where they are operating their business. Democracy in
leadership is often most effective when a leader is working with highly skilled or experienced
workers. It allows the leader to capitalize on their employees' individual talents and strengths,
while also benefiting from the power of the whole (Ouma., 2017). Democratic leaders keep the
lines of communication open and I will try to develop more skills in myself, so I will able to
adopt democratic leadership effectively.

On the other side I also want to develop the situational lectureship style because it can be
used in each and every situation within the organization and most effective leadership style I can
adopt as a leader. Situational leadership style consist of various leadership so if I want to adopt
situational leadership then first of all I will need to take knowledge of all the leadership and
skills that will be needed like communication, management, decision-making etc. if I will able to
have skills all the leadership that exist for the leaders then I will able to use the situational
lectureship style and I will change my leadership according to the situation at the workplace of
company.
CONCLUSION
As per the report has been cover the reflection on the to different situation and leaders
within the industry. Firstly it has been share the experience of the guest speaker Louise Miller
and it has been linked with the theories and concepts covered in the subject and apply them to the
both guest speaker and ourself. On the other reflection section this report has been discussed self
leadership and how individual can developed the leadership skills in themselves and it has been
explained lectureship style like demodectic and situational.
