As compared to several aspects that are related to the function of strategic leadership
style, it is completely related to the function of involving others within the organization in the
part of making decisions on a voluntary basis. believe that the best leadership style which will
best fit for me while performing in an organization is based on strategic leadership style. As
I have strong and adaptive mode of emotional stability it will be better platform for me to
encourage the team members through offering better rewards and incentive programs which will
