market through which they can increase revenues and profits in the international market. This
report is based on the Lidl international career opportunity. In this report, there will be the
analysis of the case study about the various aspects of the organisation (Dahiya and Rangnekar,
2018). There will be the analysis of the several objectives of the organisation that should be
undertaken in the workplace. In order to carry out this report, there will be analysis of the
concept of the culture. It is a very important concept in the workplace because it helps in shaping
the environment of the organisation in a positive way. Along with that concept of the diversity at
the workplace will also be analysed. It helps in understanding the interest of different individual
towards the values of the organisation. At the last stage of the report, there will be the evaluation
of the concept of leadership in the workplace. It helps in increasing the engagement of the
employees at the workplace.

Topic 1 : Culture
Culture can be defined as the programming in the workplace that includes various
members with the different mindset. It is a very wide concept as positive work culture produce
more productivity in the goods and the services and on the other hand negative work culture
produces less productivity. In regards to the culture of the Lidl organisation, there is a very toxic
and harsh organisational culture that produces negative image of the company in the market.
Another main reason that causes the work culture of the organisation in a negative way is that
working hours are very longer than usual (Natil, 2022). This causes so much pressure on the

they implemented role culture in the organisation. Role culture can be defined as one of the most
effective ways through which each and every employee of the company is distributed roles and
duties according to the capabilities of the individual at the workplace. This type of culture helps
the leaders of the organisation to carry out the operational activities of the business in a fast
