the globe, it would be easy for the project manager to take the right in relation to the
different projects as the employees have diverse ideas and views. Also, the different
members have different experience and understanding about the market. This will help to
boost the growth of the company in the highly competitive market.
2. Advantages are different in complex projects?
If the experience is better then it will help to solve the challenges they are facing in the
complex projects. The different employees have different experiences which will be
beneficial for them to solve the problems at the time of managing the projects that are
complex in nature. The employees can easily use different strategies that will help in
attaining the positive outcome in relation to organizational activities (Eaton & Kilby,
