the old process and method is hard company has to bring new ways and methods like digital
technology for successful operation (Renaudin, 2018)|. The Losch Group is motor vehicle
manufacturing company dealing transportation activities worldwide. This report will include
identification and analysis of steps needed in recruitment and selection processes and the things
should be covered in an induction. Further the benefits of training and discussion on two
motivational theories and their applications in the business. Lastly it will identification of factors
influencing individual behaviour at work and effective teamwork.

appoint more professional employee. This company is developing different ways for recruiting
peoples in the organisations because the old methods were time consuming and results were not
so good due to negligence of other activities like improper inductions and trainings and
impossible to handle large number of applications. With the help of digital technology the
process of recruitment and selection can be done easily by job board advertisement, through
