countries all over the world along with domestic and global scheduled services upon above 100
routes. The topic which are going to be discussed in this report are contemporary issues that line
manager faces while managing people, competencies, attitudes and knowledge required to be
effectual people manger. Apart from this, Human resource process that support administrative
related to appropriate performance management are also discussed in this report.
