People management is one of the essential aspects that should be present in the workplace
so that it could be easy to boost the efficiency of the employees. Consistency is considered as
one of the essential factors that contribute to effective people management. It is examined that
consistency is important so that it could be easy for the employees to give their best towards the
assigned work. If consistency is not present, then it will impact the working pattern of the
employees (Cohen, 2015).
Respect in reference to people management is important as it helps to reduce the stress
level and also the conflicts and problems among the employees. Respect also helps to boost the
communication between the colleagues which enhanced the teamwork (Barak, 2016). Inclusion
focuses on effective people management as it helps to maintain a positive culture in the
workplace which positively impacts the productivity level of the employees. It generates
dedication and confidence level among the employees towards their work (Huong, Zheng &
Fujimoto, 2016).
Also, it can be said that honesty is also one of the important factors in relation to people
management. Honesty is necessary to be maintained as it creates an atmosphere of trust and
confidence among the teammates. Without honesty, the employees will hesitate in giving their
best towards the assigned work (Albrecht, Bakker, Gruman, Macey & Saks, 2015). Therefore,
it can be stated that these four factors are essential as it helps to focus on the concept of people
