The Human resource will see through the various operation's that will help the firm to manage its
work force and gain a suitable idea about the efficiency of their respective individual employee's
and use it in most effective and significant manner that will help in improving the work
efficiency and handling of their work force.
Some major operations that will be performed by the HR department will be as follows:
Recruitment: this will involve the effective measure to perform screening, identifying,
interviewing and selecting the employee for the work force of an organisation. This
process plays a very deep and crucial role in management of people as this step will
enable company to get access to the skill set available in market and adopt and utilize
them as per the requirement of the business entity. This will help in meeting the needs
and demands of a business entity and improve the efficiency of productions and meeting
the customers requirements in a better way. Besides this, it will help the organisation to
select the best work force or people to perform their business functions with more
effectiveness.
Training: Training also plays very crucial role in establishing the business operations
that will help the cited business firm to increase the efficiency of their employee's of
work force in an organisation. The HR department will see through the better handling of
the training of skill improvement and knowledge gaining process. This will also help in
the better handling of skills sets, enable the employees to perform and extensive self
assessment to gain a better idea about their strength and weaknesses and take the
appropriate measures to improve them, which will further lead to the increase in work
efficiency and production capability of a business organisation.
