important for company to effectively management people for performing well. There are various
ways and techniques that can be used by company for managing employees as this will assist in

accomplishment of desired objectives. This report is based on Easy Jet. This is British airline
organisation that is dealing in domestic and international routes in different part of the world.
This organisation was established in 1995 and founder is Stelio Haji Loannou. This is low cost
airline group and its headquarter is located in Luton, UK. This report will includes different
functional area of organisation such as leadership and management, training and development as
well as talent management practices that underpin performance management of organisation.
