my best and successfully pass in all levels.
Feelings: It involves all the thoughts and feelings that a person encounters and how these
experiences can have a major impact or influence on the individual. In this situation, I felt really
nervous and a bit of stress and it also involved a fear of getting rejected. It basically involves
mixed feeling and emotions that a person feels while applying for a job position in the

Evaluation: At this stage it involves the critical evaluation of the various things which are
working and which are not working and also includes the reflection of the various negative and
positive aspects of the organisation. As per the report, I have motivated myself to apply for this
job role and to give my best in the interview process. In addition to that, self motivation helped
me a lot in dealing with various issues(Akgunduz, Alkan and Gök, 2018).
Analysis: At this stage it involves the detailed analysis of the possibility of happening of various
situations and to carry out detailed research in terms of the academic tools or models. In
reference to this report, self motivation is helping a lot and trying to carry out my job role in a
better position and working and improving my skills in order to achieve the job of marketing

In order to achieve the job position in four seasons, I have put a lot of efforts and worked
hard through taking various sessions from you tube channels and using my professional
education and to learn to give interviews and prepare myself for the questions that need to be
asked in the interview. In addition to that I have focused on improving my skills in relation to
marketing, different marketing campaigns, having detailed knowledge and information about the
social media campaigns, different marketing strategies and various skills related to marketing.
With the help of all these skills it will help in being aware about the future scenarios and being
