INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is the important aspects for any organization as it is used to
planning, directing, and managing the people at the workplace for the purpose of running and
managing the organizational activities. If all functions and human being are placed at right place
then it will a opportunity for organization to grow and run their business effectively. The human
resource management is playing the important role as it identify the needs of people who works
in the organization and solve their problems by suggesting right method and solution which can
help to regulate and operate the business effectively (Hill, 2019). In other words, human resource
management is the strategic approach of identifying and managing the people and motivate them
for the purpose of getting the work done and accomplishing the organizational goals. To
understand about this, INUB is the given case study that is a local training provider based in
Bolton, has relatively small number of employees who are working with traditional personnel
development. The senior management of such organization have identified that it needs to
improve the organizational performance for company using different tools and techniques which
can help rod develop the organizational performance. The report covers tools and techniques for
improving organizational performance, role of employee well being in improving motivation and
performance and the PESTLE analysis which used to analysing organizational performance.
MAIN BODY
Overview of the case study
INUB is a local training company located in Bolton with a small staff that previously
worked with a conventional HR department. Senior management has recognized the need to
increase organizational efficiency in order for the business to grow, and they have recently
discovered the value of Human Resource Management methods and techniques. They've hired
a new Human Resources Manager and given them the task of reshaping the company's People
feature, with a focus on enhancing employee morale and motivation. The management is playing
the important role as it identify the vacancy and recruit the employees accordingly which can
help to maintain the higher performance and productivity effectively. The management is only
one who organise and arrange the human resource at the right place and perform the specific role
effectively (Mahdavi and Tahmasebi, 2019). The aim of the INUB is to provide the proper
training and development programme to their staff who are working and build their career in

upcoming period which can help to attain the higher productivity and profitability effectively.
The answers of the questions are presented as:
What tools and techniques will help improve organisational performance?
A team is defined as group of people and individual who works collectively for the
purpose of achieving common goals. Team development theory is used by organization for
arranging and managing the human resources which can help to develop the organizational
performance. It can be seen that each member of team is valuable to the common goal as they
have set of skills, abilities and task which used to perform the specific roles and responsibilities.
It is important for organization that their all employees works collectively as it understand the
goals and keep their opinion individually in front of all which can help to make the right business
decision and attain the higher performance effectively (Breckenridge and et.al., 2019). In relation
to INUB, team development is required to arranging and organising the human resources who
get ready to work and accept the new technology which can help to managing the higher
performance and profitability effectively. The management of selected organization can be use
different tools and techniques for improving their performance that are as explained below:
Training – This can be explained as effective tool which can be use by organization for
the purpose of developing people at the workplace. This can help to increase the business
performance and profitability by managing all resources. Training is important as it introduce
new method of working and get ready to all employees to adopt new technology which can help
to get higher performance. In context to INUB, training technique is used by management for
providing the training to their employees which can help to accept the new technology and
process for improving skills and organizational performance. This method includes developing
employee skills through a combination of lectures, hands-on-exercises, videos, podcasts,
simulations, and individual/group-based assignments.
Task/job rotations – Employees can be volunteer to rotate roles with team members and
managing the good performance. This is important technique which can be used by employees to
developing their skills by rotating the task and job roles that can help to develop the
organizational performance. The management of INUB, can use this technique by completing
task and rotating job effectively (Khan and Millner, 2020).
Coaching When talking about employees development then coaching is also
considered as effective tool that can be used by people for enhancing their skills and abilities in

particular area. The employees who works in INUB, use coaching for understanding the task and
developing their skills for the purpose of managing higher productivity.
On-the-job development – Employees who have attended basic training by using
technical skills and operating a machine while working can develop their skills. This can help to
managing all functions and activities effectively. This supports learning process and maintaining
the higher performance by using job opportunities (Piccininni and et.al., 2020.).
The role of employee wellbeing in improving motivation and performance.
Motivation is the process and driving factor for willingness, action and goals which is
used by individual to motivate and inspire the people who can accept the challenges and develop
the business performance. This is important for management to understand what needs to do and
how to engage employees in organizational working which can help to maintain the higher
productivity. in other words, motivation is the process of initiates, guides, and maintaining the
goal oriented behaviour which can help organization to developing the business performance.
Employees is playing an important role as it understand the goals of organization and give their
contribution to accomplish the organizational goals and objectives.
To engage with organizational goals – The employees of INUB organization is playing
an important role as engager in which each employee is required to engaged with organizational
goal and give their contribution to complete the task which can help to develop the motivation
and business performance (Eliyana and Ma’arif, 2019).
Team worker – The employees of organization also plays role of team workers in which
all employees is required to work collectively that can help to develop the business performance
and attain higher productivity. In context to INUB organization, employee is playing important
role of team worker in which all employees are required to perform all roles and responsibilities
which can help to develop the organizational performance.
Good performer – The another role of employees is good performer which is playing by
employees of the organization by organising and managing the business activities. The
employees of INUB understand their roles and responsibilities clearly and maintain the good
performance which can help to attracts the larger number of customers and attain the higher
profitability (Li, and et.al., 2019).
Panning – The employees also perform a role of good planner in which it formulates
effective planning according to business situation and arrange the human resources accordingly

which can help to complete the task in certain period of time which can help to organising and
arranging the human resources and getting the work done effectively.
From the discussion it can be evaluated that employee are the back bone of organization
as it understand goals and contribute in each activity that can help to increase the business
performance and maintain higher profitability. All staff works collectively by analysing their
skills and abilities which can help to perform the roles and responsibilities clearly. This also
motivate the employees to work hard and provide the positive results. This also used new
technology as employer provide the training which enhance their capability to accept the changes
and attaining the higher performance. Employers and staff collaborate on a regular basis, but
their positions and responsibilities are vastly different. Despite technological advancements that
have made business more accessible and effective, these predominant roles and responsibilities
have remained relatively constant over time.

analysis the environment and affected the organization positively and negatively. The PESTLE
analysis of INUB organization explained below:
Political – This can be explained as political stability, tax rates, fiscal policy and others
which affects the organizational performance. In context to INUB training institution, tax rates
are high in Bilton that can be create the challenge in running a business and it affect the
organizational productivity negatively.
Economical This involves economic growth, exchange rates, unemployment rates,
inflation rates and interest rates that affects the organization productivity. In relation to INUB
organization, inflation rate is high that create the challenges for organization which affected the
organizational performance and profitability (Apoorva, 2019).
Social – This can be explained as population growth, distribution rate, age, lifestyle attitude,
health and safety, and cultural barriers that related to business. In Bilton, population growth rate
in increasing day by day where it become important for organization to provide training to their
staff who works at the workplace and manage the organizational performance. on the other side,
changing in lifestyle of people crate new requirement for people which affected the
organizational performance by increasing cost.

Technological – This is important factor for any organization to adopt new technology and
innovation which can help to develop the organizational performance and profitability. In
context to Bilton, new technology and innovation introduced by management in their
organization which can help to develop the skills and abilities of employees and get them ready
to accept the changes which can help to develop the organizational performance. The
management also understand what new technology should be introduce and bring the innovation
which can help to maintain the higher performance.
Legal – This can be explained as laws and regulation such as discrimination law, copyright,
patent, consumer protection law, employment law, and others which are important to follow by
organization as it helps to build the employees and employer trust which can help to manage the
all activities and performance. In relation to chosen organization, management has followed
employment law, health and safety law and consumer protection law which can help to
managing the business activities and performance effectively.
Environmental – This can be explained as regulations which is related to environment and
needs to consider while running a business. INUB is the medium size organization that focuses
on environmental aspects, and climate change which can help to operate and regulate the
business effectively. This also helps to maintain the higher performance and profitability with the
help of all aspects (Rivers and Hahn, 2019).
From the all above it can be evaluated that all factors are related to organization and needs to
consider while running the business. This might be affects the business positively and negatively
as it bring the new technology, innovation, climate change, rules and regulations and others
which can help to operate and run the business effectively and maintain the higher performance.
CONCLUSION
From the report it can be concluded that Human resource management is the needed
function in organization as it used to organising, managing, directing and controlling the
organizational functions. Employees are always motivated to push themselves in order to
demonstrate that they are performing diligently. Trying to skip lunch, sleeping less, and
otherwise immersing yourself in your work “proves” your commitment to it. In each
organization employees is the only one who contribute in each functions and supports to
handling the project timely.
