1. Why do you want to work for us?
It is one of the most influential names in the sales management domain. I have researched
on the company and have found that the training and development programs are based on
individual needs. This is beneficial for any organisation and I think that in the future I
will get an opportunity to learn more from the elite team that serves the company. On the
other hand, the process of working and work culture are good and it is one of the most
important things to consider because, this helps in learning and managing the situations
that are there in the system. Most of the time it has-been seen that companies do not
consider the importance of an employee but in this case THS Group is different and this is
why I am eagerly looking forward to join the team and serve for the benefit of the
organisation.
2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do
and what was the outcome?)
I have been a participant in a cleaning venture with in the Castleton Hotel and I have been
allocated with a major responsibility of making sure that all the rooms are lean and waste
management is done properly. I have the responsibility of making sure that my team is
performing outstanding and meeting the requirements. Our objective was to make sure
that the rooms are being cleaned properly and there is nothing spilled buy the guests
which can cause hygiene related issues and apart from that I have the responsibility of
making sure that the cleaning and hygiene factor is being managed by my team. I have
performed well and my team supported me with their fullest potential. I have seen that the
team performed outstanding and I have managed them well. The cooperation from their
end was significant. I made sure that all the thoughts of my teammates are being listened
and they liked my approach style. We succeeded in meeting the objectives, the entire
venture did not caused inconvenience to the guests, and the waste management process
was successful.

SITUATION- the issue was making sure that the rooms are being cleaned properly and
there was dirt in almost every place. My team was looking for a remedy.

ACTION- we took the matter on our hand and cleared the entire hotel and all the rooms

3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (What
did you do and what was the outcome?)
The main aspect of having a better kind of service is related with the service providing
authority that is performing in a proficient manner, on the other hand the service
providers have to be lenient as well. I have seen that while handling a team project in ST
Ermins Hotel with my colleagues I have faced issues regarding mixed knowledge of the
fellow teammates. It is seen that I was puzzled as per my peers but in the end, I managed
to make some changes in the thinking process and job allocation to make the entire
process work. My idea was subdividing the team and then letting them chose their
corresponding work, which they can perform best. In this segment, some of the people
come up with the same work and they were allocated the same task, as they are better in
this. This helped me in allocating the team project and the outcomes were effective for
further development. This was how I managed the team and it resulted in a proficient
manner for the entire project as well. The presentation part was done effectively and it
helped me in learning about the team functionalities and handling individual demand.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
It is important to make sure that job prioritising is not being done in a hasty manner and
the people who are related with the process are getting their demands fulfilled. It is seen
that the business management process is related with the involvement of a person fully.
The main aspects related with the project were resource allocation, time management and
proper budgeting of sales. The time was short and it is seen that I need to make decisions
regarding the job allocation. I thought that I have to make budgeting properly and in time
in order to make some amendment in the business management process. The resources
have to be identified in order to make some modification in the business management
process, that is why I decided to make sure that the budgeting and the required resources
for sales are derived properly. In this segment, I have ensured that I am in line with the

main objective that is boosting the sales. I advised my fellow teammates of Aksoy Gold
Company. The alignment of task prioritisation was as per the requirement.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your
point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
This reminds me of a situation where I was in the sales team of Aksoy Gold Company and I
was in a team with other experienced people in sales. They have some management issues
and they were not communicating with the team that is running under their supervision. They
thought that the new people do not have any experience and hence the possibility of getting a
supreme performance is low from them. In this situation, we were asked to join a group
meeting and for the first time were asked to give our opinion regarding sales management
and development. In this segment, we stated that we are going to make sure that the sales
increase but for that, we have to take a step that the company never took before. The digital
marketing concept was not applied in this segment and they were not aware of what social
media can do. I suggested and showed them the evidences of what can be done with the help
of the digital marketing concept and they stated that the social media is the only thing that
can reach every door of the potential customers and they will go for it.
INTERVIEW PRACTICE –
The interview was conducted with the help of three of my colleagues. One of them was
giving me feedbacks and the rest of the two were asking questions. The management process
of the interview was good and I was being asked some skill based questions and some
decision-making questions. The interview went well and I performed well according to be.
The feedback was different and he stated that I need to be more practical and I am being more
emotive too. I need to be more confident as well so that the decision making process will be
better than ever. I think that the person who was trying to give me feedbacks was so much
accurate that I cannot disagree.
I have to make sure that the issues that have been found are sorted proficiently and in future, I
provide more diligent reply to the people. On the other hand the service management process
has to be polished too because in the future endeavours that is going to be seen as an
important prospect. I will work on these aspects and have a major development in the service
management process of any organisation. However, in some cases I have witnessed that I

have performed well and they have stated to improve them, as the momentum of the
interview process needs not to be stumbled in an original scenario. This is the reason why I
think that it is really good to have better kind of communication process in any one-on-one
discussion to know about myself.

ASSESSMENT CENTRE PRACTICE
I have managed to make sure that the issues associated with better kind of service providing
is being analysed by the authority. In the service assessment process, I have deduced some of
the aspects in a proficient manner these are going to help me in making a logical deduction
and proper kind of evaluation of the scenario. Some of the following factors have been
provided which will help in making a logical amendment in the situational evaluation.
The entire process of making a significant analysis and what I have deduced is given in the
following segment or better analysis.
The main aspect is associated with the benefits of making a significant development
in the performance evaluation process and in the coming days this will help me in
making self-modifications well.
The management process needs to have a situational analysis process. The mind of
every person works in a different manner and I need to be different in terms of
making decisions regarding the situation.
I need to think of proper approach strategies that are going to help in making proper
situation management and authentication.
I have to make sure that I am being more analytical to address the issues and find the
reason for it.
The process has given me ideas related to making amendments in the service
management system and in the coming future ventures this will help me in making a
significant analysis of the ambience in which I am working. I will get an opportunity
to learn more in a more proficient manner.
