A- It is necessary for me to ensure that right people are placed on right place. For that i will
analyse job description of specific role and then hire candidate. Also, i will evaluate skills and
knowledge required for that role and measure it with person hired. In addition, i will take
feedback of person on basis of goals set by me. Thus, through it i will analyse his performance in
role and ensure that right people is placed.
B- in order to prepare work plan i took some KPI as basis of it. For that first is i analysed
performance of each candidate that whether goals are attained in time or not. So, it gave me
insight on what needs to be change. However, another KPI used by me wastime management
skills. I identified that in given time outcomes are achieved by employee or not and then prepare
work plan.
C- i need to ensure that work plan is cost effective so that goals are achieved. For that i estimated
budget required in it and how it will bring value to it. Then, i analysed cost required in it and find
out where there is high cost so it can be cut. In addition, i have set certain criteria or standards on
