1. INTRODUCTION
Managing persons is considered as an important that is required to be performed in most
appropriate way to accomplish final outcome. The team work is considered as a collaborative
method that helps in a completion of goal in timely manner. The organisation is taken named as
Toyota which is linked with marketing and team of sales. This assignment discusses literature
review regarding team within organisation, description related to company. The model as well as
theory such as Belbin, TUCKMAN model is explained in an effective manner. There is also Kolb’s
reflections model and also executive summary is given in this report (Adamou, 2017).
2. Literature review-
Teamwork is considered as an important part of company through which different functions
is performed in an appropriate manner. This assignment explains different theories which are
followed by every individual person. It is important for management team to make awareness
regarding development of team. This assignment explains regarding significance of team and how
they impose direct impact on objective of organisation. Through these two theories and models, it is
simple to handle people in business organisation for finishing of project in successful manner.
3. Application of TEAM roles using theories ( use Belbin & Tuckman) in workplace
Team role is considered as a important or significant to be assessed so that it is helpful in
taking decisions in proper manner. Therefore, as per Belbin theory, there are different roles that are
going to be mentioned below:
Bel-bin team role-
Plant this is considered as a first level of this model in which member of team were
responsible for bringing something innovative in order to resolve problem.
Monitor here in marketing as well as sales team focuses on every activity and functions of
Organisation in order to take decisions in an appropriate manner.
Coordinator the member of team co-ordinate or cooperate with each other for complete
project in successful manner.
Resource investigator the role is helpful in accomplishing favourable outcomes in future
period of time. It is also useful in handling all necessary activity for smooth operations of task
which is performed by team.
Implement it is considered as a role that is performed by individual person who execute
strategies which is executed in appropriate way.

Completer finisher it is significant to be emphasised because they make sure that all task or
work perform in an appropriate way. They also focus on cross cheque of all activity or function in
order to solve problem in an appropriate manner.
Team worker here in the team perform their work in order to complete the project in timely
manner (Anderson, 2018).
Shaper here in they make sure that team perform their work without confronting any kind of
problem and does not distract themselves from different core activities.
Specialist it is determined as a self confident of an individual person who performs their
work with proper details and methods without any kind of error.

There are various stages of team development model that is going to be mentioned below:
Forming: this signifies first aspect by which member of team interact with each other in an
appropriate manner. In this level, the member of team gets nervous and considered as introvert in
nature.
Storming in this stage the team member was not amending with one another but they were
trying to co-operate with one another.
Norming here in the team member were agreed in respect of overall agreement of leader
and there was clear description regarding role and responsibilities. There is no direction which is
provided by leader in this stage.
Performing herein, the team member make aware regarding goal of organisation which
must be achieve during the time. They clarified regarding the project which must be completed in
timely manner (Carnall, 2018).
Adjourning it is considered as a last phase in which member of team distorted from one
another for finishing a project.
Team building skills
Communication skills: communication skill is considered as a superior by whom the
individual person is capable to interact with one another in an effective manner. This is
simple for me in understanding point of view point of another person in an appropriate
manner.
Team task- the main purpose of team is to execute strategy for Amazon cloud to enhance
data Analytics as well as sales ratio (Cheese, 2016).
Challenges
Role confusion- The challenges of role confusion for team development, there are different
problem which is confronted by individual person in order to perform their role in an
appropriate manner. The individual person performs their working and they have a
knowledge of different streams that generates confusion related to role.
4.Kolb's Reflection model

As per Kolb's model, it signifies reflection is important for procedure of learning. Through
reflection, it is simple to revise that was learned by past level of experience.
Concrete- It includes new method that helps in performing work. I focused on observing

Reflective- Herein, I re-revise my level of experience and assess whether it is superior or
bad.
