INTRODUCTION
Skills are the most important part of every education as it helps an individual to enhance their
capacities to perform in an organization. According to the HRM processes a human resource
manager has a duty to evaluate the abilities values and strategies that can be used to analyse the
skills of candidates that are required for the position in the organization (Kianto, Sáenz, and
Aramburu, 2017). To become an effective human resource manager I have to require to analyse
my skills effectively and find the skill cabs so that I can be able to set my short term long term
and medium term goals for their achievement. This report contains evaluation of my current
potential with the skills to set short term medium term and long term goals and also my role in
the analysis of the current labour market with the degree I have taken from the University. This
awareness and analysis of current labour market will help me to analyze the knowledge that are
required by the human resource manager to follow their HR practices.

hospitality sector, and I joined the company throughout my university studies to improve my
abilities and get experience. I continued in the association and made progress by joining the
human asset office as a lesser administrator subsequent to finishing one year as my director and
fortitude my authority and the executives. To look at the necessities of different gifts, I directed a
SWOT examination, which helped me in recognizing my qualities, shortcomings, openings, and
dangers that are available in my vocation to additional my own and professional growth.The

This could cause me a lot of trouble

my personal and professional life

In order to provide long term medium term and short term goals I have required to set my goals
and objectives which is to be came an effective human resource manager. I have analyzed that I

goals and objectives to improve my time management decision making and communication skills
in effective manner so that I can be able to become an effective human resource manager. My
short term medium term and long term goals according to this are given below
Short term goals
To communicate with more and more people to enhance my communication as well as listening
skills.
To set a proper target for written work to make it a habit to complete each and every task on a
given timeline to enhancement time management skills within 3 months.
Medium term goal
My medium term goal will be to enhance my decision making skills by using various theories
and practical knowledge that has been required to make effective decisions within a time period
of more than 3 months but less than one year (Fouladi, and Navimipour, 2017).
I have decided to complete 1 year diploma in the precision business decision making course so
that I can be able to enhance my decision making capacities.
Long term goals
My long term goal is to complete my Master’s in business administration that is MBA in the
field of human resource management so that I can be able to became an effective human resource
manager for an organization.

Information related to the labor market helps to analyze various things which includes the
trends in the jobs as well as the skills and the jobs for which the employees are most looking for
and industries are hiring more and more individuals (Muhammad, 2018). This labor market
information also helps to provide the locations for the jobs and the areas in which an individual
can be able to achieve growth or decline in a particular job. It can also be said that a labor market
analysis helps an individual as a tool in their career planning. After graduation I have also
required to analyze current labor market so that I can be able to find effective jobs in accordance
to my scare that I have achieved with the help of graduation in my MBA degree. As I have
completed my MBA in the human resource management program I have required to analyze the

making abilities and communication abilities (Cotet, Balgiu, and Zaleschi, 2017). So I have my
goals and objectives to improve my time management decision making and communication skills
in effective manner so that I can be able to become an effective human resource manager. My
short term medium term and long term goals according to this are given below
Short term goals
To communicate with more and more people to enhance my communication as well as listening

importance of human resource manager in the organization. With the increase importance of
human resource management and their practices there is high demand for the individuals who
have achieved a graduation degree the human resource management system. Hence according to
the research it has been analyzed that the current labor market for human resource manager
providing lot of opportunities to an individual to work effectively and efficiently.

organization. I have analyzed that I am required to provide effective training and development
solutions to the employees working under me and also should focus on the training and
development services provided by the organization to achieve good promotions and success in an
organization. I have also get a weird about the challenges that will I faced during the work and
the ways in which the HR practices will help to manage those challenges for stock the awareness
of work related to my role in the organization helps me to realize the importance of the
performance management system that has been updated by human resource department in the
organization. I have analyzed that the performance management system of the organization helps
to maintain positive working environment for all the employees not only the human resource
department but the positive working environment of all the departments is based on the
performance management system that has been managed by human resource department of the
organization. This has enhanced my knowledge related to the book that every organization has a

organization which will help me to get better relations with the customers later in my job career
for stop the HR practices will also help me to explore several HR roles that are performed by the
individuals that are recruited in human resource department in order to manage the functions and
human resource practices in the organization effectively and efficiently. All these practices of
human resource department helps a business to manage their human capital smoothly and
operate according to the skills and capabilities of individuals to keep the motivated for the goals
and objectives of the organization (Boella, 2017).

for the role I want to apply that is for the human resource manager degree I have analyzed that
there is a great demand of skilled human resource manager. This awareness of the labor market
analysis and my skills requirement helps me to become effective human resource manager
because I also have knowledge regarding the HR practices and will have my behavior in
accordance to that.
