interested of employee towards business. This is the art of motivating a group of people to act
toward achieving a common goal. In the setting of business, this can mean directing workers
and colleagues with a strategy to meet the company and its goals factors. For example: Aldi's
people manager have leadership skills which is help to motivate people and employees
towards work in effective manner (Bharwani and Talib, 2017). This creates more
effectiveness for business to achieve goals and objectives of company in effective manner. In
respect of that people manger need to follow Autocratic leadership style which is help to
maintain trust and motivation into the people. In this leadership style management can take
ideas and points of views of employees is help to motivate employees. On the other side,
people manager can use situational leadership style in which people manager can take
decision as per the situation in effective manner.
Motivating:
Motivation is another important thinks in which management need to maintain the
quality of work. People manager should have motivating qualities which is help to motivate

motivation quality when employees are highly affected because in the absence of motivation

motivation theory is the best theory of motivation in that manager give motivation, rewards

bounce, payment, overtime and another thinks. On the another side, non financial reward
consist with the proper motivation like motivation, appreciations and special comment in the

recommanded to people manager to use Adams equity theory for improve their skills and
knowledge about motivation. Recommendation for people manager to improve their
leadership skills by supporting employees in proper manner. It is very important for manager
to improve effective performance of employees by managing work here is need to use
performance appraisal system and 360 performance system which is help to maintain the
performance of employees in effective manner.
