Management of people is a set of activities or actions that refers to end to end method of
recruiting, training, hiring with other essential, wants and managing as well as maintaining the

The following report will cover the brief statement of the company people management by
dividing it into several parts. In addition to it, it will include the challenges that are being faced

which underpin the performance management .

changing desires of the people (Foley, 2020). Few of the difficulties which people face as the
working manager of the company in context to management of people is mentioned below
briefly:
Communication with workers effectually This components states about the
communication issues of the leaders with their workers. It is one of the crucial issues
which people face. As the manager of the firm individual need to make better bond with
their subordinates and more other people in the firm to know the modification which is
essential for the success and growth of the organisation. By this, the objectives of the

Adaptation of technology – The technology always upgrading time to time in order to
move on with the development. The adaptation of the technology assist in making the

encouraging the workers, people can give the employees with training campaigns and can
also understand the elements which are there in the Maslow's hierarchical theory (Ölçer,

people or a entrepreneur. Having solutions for various issues should be effectual. Being a
manager, people need consistent evaluation of the operating atmosphere of the

making done by them done in accordance to the issues and by understanding the best
process from the market area. Creative thinking is the capability which can give them
