The project has focus on explaining the various theories and model of human behaviour
at workplace. It will also demonstrate the way various theories can explain the way people
behave at workplace. The study will have emphasized on identifying the role of human resource
management in managing employees and ensuring their engagement in various business
activities as well as decision making process.

the unique concept and interesting story line which, the television booker, journalist,
radio producer can take interest in it. I have read the book and it is well structured and
can hold the audience till the climax which is at the end of the book. I want to target it my
favourite YouTube channel in order to promote the book effectively and efficiently.
Further, I will advertise and tell the abstract of the story on social media websites like
Facebook and Buzzfeed. It is basically for audience of above age 18 years. There are
various areas which are not meant for children. There are ample amounts of audience
who have account on YouTube and Facebook. Thus, it will assist me in promoting the
book efficiently. Further, the selected YouTube channel has more than 1 million
subscribers and viewers.

but I attract from one book that is darker. In this book the author describe the things in the
appropriate and effective manner. In this book there are many chapters and each have different
structure and the content are well managed (Lindsey and Grattan, 2012).
Content must be well managed so that the user can easily attract with that and he will buy
