It is interpreted from the above table that Marion Julius is an extrovert person in the
whole group. In addition to this, it is analysed that Brooke Edwards is a Judging Person Whereas
Brendon Walker is a sensing individual in the team. Emilio Roberts is also a sensing individual
and is also has a high thinking level. It is interpreted that the working style preferences of
Brendon walker and Emilio Roberts is almost similar that impact positively on their overall
performance within the teams. People working in a team with two same personalities leads to
effective execution of activities and task assigned to them. On the other side, the personality of
Marion Julius is totally different from other team members that may arise issue in developing

effective relationship within the team. It also arise arguments among team members with Marion
Julius which may disbanded the team which is working together in the semester. Brooke
Edwards, Brendon Walker and Emilio Roberts is having the same sensing intuition because of
which they can agree with view point of members involved within the team. This improve the
effectiveness among the team members because of which activities and task might be perform
well during the semester. It is analysed that Marion Julius and Brendon Walker is having the
same results in context to the Judging perceiving personality but is highly different from Brooke
Edwards which affect adversely on the interpersonal relationships as well as effectiveness of
working together. Moreover, Brooke Edwards and Brendon Walker is a type of Extraversion-
Introversion personality because of which a good relationship can be developed and working is
implemented mutually and effectively. Therefore, it is interpreted that team members who have
same personality type is able to maintain positive interpersonal relationship within team and
vice-versa.
