It is very important for organisation to manage its people and employees in correct
and effective manner. This will support in enhancing the performance of company as well as
conducting business activities in better manner (Bush and Middlewood, 2013). There are
various challenges and issues faced by business in order to correctly manage people and
attain organisational goals. This report is based on Tesla. This is well known company that is
conducting its business operation is Automotive, energy storage and energy production
sector. This organisation was developed in 2003 and founder of this organisation was Martin
Eberhard, J. B. Straubel and Marc Tarpenning. Tesla organisation is providing different types
of products such as Electric vehicles, Tesla Batteries, Solar panels and roofs. This report will
includes recruitment and selection process that will support in hiring more capable
employees. In this different motivational theory is also identified that will support in
managing activities of staff member. Apart from this different factors are analysed which will
influence effectiveness and behaviour of teamwork.
