have prepared on the basis of analysing secondary data which includes journals, books and
magazines. This report will be covered various tools and techniques which helps to improve
organizational performance, roll of employees wellbeing in improving motivation and
performance and include a PESTEL analysis for the organization as an appendix for your report.

The tools which is used by the BUNI travel organization for improving the ability and
performance of their workers are -
