INTRODUCTION
People and performance management is about getting results, getting best from people
and help them to achieve their potentials, it also helps in managing performance of employees
with assisting every individual to better development. (Balzer, 2020) People and performance
also describes a performance objectives through specifically attribute of each individual on
reflection of their functional area and responsibility with taking into consideration to evaluation
of performance in regard to executive. Crystal travel is leading flagship travel company of
moresand group of companies, it is largest online travel portal providing online packages of
travelling to customers. In this report there will brief discussion about the tools and techniques of
people and performance management that will help improving organisational performance. There
will a discussion about role of employee well-being for improving motivation and performance,
lastly there will be a brief evaluation of external analysis with the help of PESTLE analysis of
organisation.

Tools and techniques for improving organisational performance
Performance management is about ongoing process of communication between
supervisor and on employee that occurs throughout year, support of accomplishing strategic
objectives of organisation.(Bhatia and Arora, 2021) Organisational performance management is
a process of making sure of companies resources being used properly to achieve enterprise goals,
this concept is commonly used for development of employee. Improving performance of
company is important to increase effectiveness of opening up new growth opportunities to
enhance existing performance, through financial efficiency to increase work and growth of
business also helps in improving their customer service experience to increase customers.
Performance management tools is a form of HR software that will help in tracking companies
employee performance for consistent measurable way, it will ensure a cross-functional
departments working with effectively and collectively towards achieving same goals. In context
to Crystal travel improvement of performance in organisation through the help of different tools
and techniques, since there are various types of techniques & tools through which firm can
improve its performance. (Ylinen and Ranta, 2021)Different tools and techniques of performance

Performance appraisals is a tool to potent for combining goals of individual with
common goals of company, it most commonly used for individual performance management
technique. Providing some kind of appraisals to employee for better help in promoting them to
work harder and better which will increase their performance and led to improve potential of
individual and company. When using this technique properly it will be very powerful for
aligning goals of every individual to aim business strategies, it provide benefits for employees
for them to feel appraisal with regular, honest, constructive and fair through two-way
conversation between employees and managers. Appraisals also helps identify people with their
performance level and encourage them to work more to achieve goals.
360-degree feedback:
360-degree feedback is a tool that will help to deal with evaluation on assessment
employees that could be either external or internal, it helps in providing every individual of
company with assessment of their performance through view of co-workers. These includes
managers, supervisors, colleagues, clients, customers and others, report of individual will later
present to employees with confidentiality by their manager. This tool is generally used for
training and development of performance of employees, with right use with efficiently and
effectively, which will ensure increased in improvement of every individual in company.

key performance indicator (KPIs) is a tool which helps in providing different
ways to measure performance of organisation, units, individual and projects in relation to

balance. (Wiradendi Wolor, 2020) Employee well-being increased through companies
improvement in providing motivation to increase performance to achiever personal and
organisation goals. Employee retention provides a companies ability to keep their employees
whether they have a high or low turnover and prevent top talent from leaving through the help of
practices and strategies, it usually represent a percentage of employee turnover of industry. It is
on high priority of organisation, most effective employee strategy by reducing overall turnover
and keep high performance on board. Employee retention has various benefits such as, cost
reduction, recruitment and training efficiency, increased productivity, improved employee
morale, experienced employees, better customer experience, improve employee satisfaction and
experience, strong corporate culture and increase revenue.
Employee satisfaction-
Employee satisfaction is term for HR industry that describes satisfaction of
