INTRODUCTION
In market it is very important for the organizations to have a strong internal environment
which has a strong workforce so that the achievement of objectives is present. The external and
internal environment has a huge impact on the performance level of the workers of the business
which needs to be balance to get higher profit margins. In the report there would be a discussion
on tools and techniques which can be used in companies so that there is a better functioning and
high productivity and the importance of having an effective management which can also help in
the productivity of the organization.
1. Tools and techniques
There are a lot of tools and techniques which can be used in INUB so that there is a better
functioning in the organization. It is very important for the organization to have a strong
workforce in the organization because that can make the organization achieve their objectives
quickly (Hoang and et.al., 2016). Organization has to use and improve on the tools so that they
can get a competitive advantage and have a smooth functioning and operations in the market.
Problem solving
There are a lot of conflicts which rise in INUB because the employees are included in the
decision making of the organization which can impact on the productivity of the organization. It
is very essential for the organization to have a balanced working and effective leaders which can
understand the employees so that the right decision for the operations of the organization can be
taken (Paes and et.al., 2017). There are a lot of ideas and innovations which can rise due to group
discussion in the organization but that will get a lot of confusion and conflicts in the
organization. The management and the leaders have to work together and discussion for the best
solution for them so that the internal environment of the organization can be maintained and the
organization can get a competitive advantage from it.

many which have to be followed by the organization so that there is a better functioning and the
organization will be able to have a better functioning.
Performance evaluation
The leaders and managers of the organization have to make sure that they are monitoring and
controlling so that there is a better performance. The leaders will be able to understand the
employees which is going to be very profitable for INUB organization and also going to get loyal
customers in the organization. This is going to improve the quality of the products in the
organization which is going to make the satisfaction of the customers increase and the employees
will also get a reward for the maintained image of the organizations in the market (Gartzia and
Baniandrés, 2016). The leaders can help the employees who are not being able to meet the
expectations and standards of the organization so that there is a better functioning.
Motivation
It is very important in the organization to have a strong workforce and for that there has to be
a motivation which needs to be provided to the employees. It is very essential for the employees
to have motivation which is going to result in high productivity and better performance in the
organization which is very essential (Jain and et.al., 2019). There are rewards, promotions,
incentives, extra privileges, etc which can be given to the deserving workers in the company so
that there is a better functioning. This is going to help the organization to get loyal customers;
competitive advantage and not just that but also help the organization to have higher profit

organization to expand in other countries as well.

result in getting a high productivity and operations in INUB. Motivation is a great factor which
can improve the performance of the organization which is going to be discussed in the further
report. The roles of managers and leaders are very important to maintain good employee
wellbeing in the organization. The leaders and human resource department are the bridge for the
employees and the management which is a great factor (Baruch and Gregoriou, 2017). The
leaders of INUB are having meeting very week so that there is a clear direction which can be
given to the employees so that the working is better.
There are a lot of changes which have to be got in the organization according to the
customers and the trends in the market so that the organization can have a strong competitive
advantage (Lamb and Keene, 2017). The customers change their needs and expectations of them
have to be met by the employees of the organization. The management only gets in the changes
according to the customers but it is the employees who get the changes in the services and the
products of the organization so that the expectation is met. Employees are the backbones of an

organization which is why there needs should be fulfilled by the company so that there is a better
functioning. Leaders have to be inspiring in the organization and understanding so that they can
not just understand them and give them a comfortable environment to work in but also provide
them with role models which they can follow (Lotvonen and et.al., 2017). Promotions are given
in INUB so that the employees give their best in the organization and that is making the
employees get more skilled and professional with work. This is creating standards for the
organization which is very good for a long run.
The politics in the organization of INUB has to be controlled and monitored upon as well so
that there is no unfair treatment with any of the employees because that is going to get
inefficiency in the productivity of the organization. There are a lot of employees which are
giving more than what is expected out of them and then they expect something in return as well
from the organization (Cappelli and Tavis, 2016). The rewards, wages, etc gives the employees a
motivation to work more and serve more to the organization which is why it is very essential for
the organization to provide the customers with the right treatment in the company so that there is
a better functioning. There has to be a trust between the leaders of the organization and the
employees so that the understanding is better and the performance level in the organization is
well maintained. INUB is a small business in Boston which is why it is very important for the
organization to work effectively so that they can capture the customers and increase their
revenue and then invest in technologies and expanding the business globally which is going to
make the organization have better reputation in the market and brand recognition (Wheeler,
Acord-Vira and Davis, 2016). There are a lot of decisions which are being taken by the leaders to
improve the performance and reduce the conflicts. Since this is a small organization and
experience also in the organization is low which is why more ideas are welcomed but
experienced leaders know how to get a solution in the organization which is good for the
performance.
3. PESTLE analysis
PESTLE analysis helps the organization to understand the external environment of the
organization and the impact it is having on the organization and performance level in the
organization (Wheeler, Acord-Vira and Davis, 2016).

There is a great influence of the political factors to the employee’s wellbeing like change in
the policies or an instable governmental power in the country. Boston is having a stable
government which is why the policies are the same and that brings a stable environment in the
organization for a long run in the market.
Economic Factors
Boston is having a low GDP growth which is why the profit margins of the organization are
limited and the wages of the employees also can not be improved. The salary can not be
improved but enough to motivate them to put in their hard work in the organization and give
incentives and other extra privileges.

Employees retire at the age of 65years with retirement plans and other needs of them as well

which have been taken by INUB for the employees so that they can feel comfortable to work and

To reduce the work of employees which requires a lot of strength there are right technologies
which have been installed in the organization. It is very important for the organization to do that
so that there is a better functioning and the organization will be able to have a better functioning.
Legal Factors
The employees of INUB are getting their basic rights and awareness from the organization
whenever there are any changes in the organization. It is very important that the organization
provides them the rights like health, safety, right wages, no discriminations, etc kind of rights in
