Tools and techniques to improve organizational performance: Performance Appraisals: It means reviewing employee job performance and
contribution towards the achievement of goals by the company on regular basis. For

take care that process of appraisal is true and fair and is formed after constructive two-
way process of communication (Cameron and Green, 2019). When all the mentioned
