Introduction
The presentation is being conducted in order to communicate the summary
of the sustainability policies procedure of the company.
Within the presentation discussion relating to the sustainability
improvement report including the absent plans will be under taken.

Within the Action Plan there have been 3
different initiatives been implemented within the
company.

The most common issue identified in blue healer Resort was the issue relating to air and water
quality deterioration.
For this the changes within the practice was to install a new technology which will assist in
managing the wooden plastic waste in such a manner that it will not harm the environment.

 Along with this another key issue being identified was the electricity consumption
measurement device.
 The company was not using good electricity consumption devices.
 Hence the change in practice will include installing the upgraded electricity consumption
measurement device.

Inspection
The inspection did from the previous activity was the comparison of the standard
performance and the actual performance.
The deviation was outline in order to analyse the difference between the actual performance
and the budgeted performance.

Current measuring
For measuring the current resource so you search the use of KPI that is Key Performance
Indicator will be used in order to evaluate the usage of the resources.

Conclusion
In the end of the presentation that can be concluded that continuously working on the
sustainability of the companies very important in the current competitive environment.
This is pertaining to the fact that in case sustainability will be ignore then it will be
affecting the property ability of the business.
In the current presentation discussion relating to different sustainability initiative for
blue healer Resort was outline.
It included installing new technology for managing based and adapting to Wagon menu
for sustainability.
