they have the power and capabilities to get more advantages for the employees and for the
company as well. This report is going to discuss about the functions of HR in the company. This
report is going to discuss about the Pine -Apps Lt, it is developed in 2018 by Georgina White-
cross and time Garrix (Bader, Kemper and Froese, 2019). This context is going to discuss about
the benefits for the company in developing their function of HR. Also, This report is going to
measure the function of a performance management system and how it can be implemented with
HR functions.

There are several kinds of advantages which human resources development cater to Pine
Apps Ltd. Firstly the HR of the Pine-Apps company have several different functions these
function are mentioned below:

function is about identifying and analysing the future requirements of the Pine-Apps Ltd. In this
step they follow and do planning of each functions which is done by human resources planning.
Recruitment and selection: In this the function which are considered is attracting and grabbing
