This document presents a comprehensive performance management project, encompassing four assessments designed to evaluate the student's ability to manage people performance. Assessment 1 focuses on role-playing scenarios related to employee transfers and job descriptions, while Assessment 2 revises a performance management policy and provides training session documentation. Assessment 3 involves further role plays and develops a coaching plan using the GROW model, alongside a performance development plan. Assessment 4 presents scenario-based questions covering monitoring, coaching, legal aspects, advice-seeking, and dismissal procedures. The project demonstrates practical application of performance management principles within an organizational context, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback mechanisms, and employee development strategies. The student addresses areas for improvement in performance and proposes amendments to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and training opportunities.
