Analysis of Leadership: Performance Review Project

What was the project supposed to accomplish?
The project is aimed at finding out the impact of using good and effective company policies for the
maintenance of the day to day activity of the employees and the maintenance of the equality and diversity.
The project intends to find out the fact that what will be the impact of using the good policies on the
working of the employees and how it will be managed. Also, it will outline the relation which is present
between the good policies and working capacity of person.
Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, please outline any evaluation and
assessment undertaken.
Yes, the project was successful in attaining the aim and objectives of the project. This is majorly because
of the reason that with the help of the completion of the whole research. With the study it was evident that
the policies of company have the same impact over the working of company. For instance, if the policies
are negative then the performance of the employees will also be negative.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g. initial inception,
project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
From the whole study i learnt that the stage of initiation is the most important stage as everything is
planned in this stage only. Thus, if the initiation stage will not be good then the researcher will not be able
to manage the work in proper manner. Thus, the initiation stage worked well but on the other side there
were many of the different changes in the working of the research which affected the execution phase.
This is majorly because of the reason that at time of planning the working pattern was different but at time
of execution the working pattern was different.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification of
issues and resolution during the project process?
The major problem being encountered at time of the project was the existence of too many different types
of sources of data and information. This was the major issue as if the data was not available at right time
and the data is not reliable and valid then it is of no use and the research will not be successful. The issue
was on time identified and it was resolved on time and this resulted in solving of the issue on time.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?

With the help of the research the major learning was the increase in the researching skill of me and this
was because of the reason that when the research was conducted i had to research for the different type of
data to be collected..
How would you rate your performance as project manager?
I would rate myself moderate for the performance in the research project. This is majorly because of the
reason that when there were changes in the working pattern i got a little nervous as how it will be
managed.
What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify?
The major strength was that i was having little patience and this assisted me in developing my personality
to a great extent. The major weakness is that in situation of crisis i get panic very frequently and this
affected the working to a great extent.
How will this inform and support your continuous professional development?
This project helped me in my personal and professional development as it increased my efficiency of
working on the project in good way. Thus, this will assist me in the future if i will conduct any other type
of research.
