 WHO defined PCC as the approach to care
that adopts the perspective of patient and
their families to view them as participants
and beneficiaries of health and social care
system, the care that respond to their
needs with their involvement in it to
promote holistic wellbeing (Morgan, &
Yoder., 2012).
