Person centred care refers to the manner of thinking and doing things which sees the
people utilizing health and social care services as equivalent partners in designing, developing
and monitoring care to ensure that it meets their needs. It is about treating an individual receiving
care in a manner they want to be treated (American Geriatrics Society Expert Panel on Person‐
Centered Care and et.al., 2016). The chosen organisation for this report is NHS (National Health
Service) which is a publicly funded healthcare organisation of United Kingdom. It was
established in a year 1948 and is one of the largest firm that offers free health-care services to
everyone including visitors. This report includes professional attributes and values of health and
social care worker. It also involves ethical issues pertain while meeting care needs and
legislation and policies that govern care practices. At last, a health promotion campaign will
develop and its effectiveness will be analyse in this report.

opportunities. They are all one of most relevant and fruitful source to reach at large no. of
consumer base by using them simultaneously.
4.2. Deliver a small health promotion campaign.
To deliver right kind of message to the target audience organisation uses both online and
offline source of media to enlarge business opportunities. In offline source of promotion
campaign they start their various kinds of camps in which they provide guidance and medicines
to loose weight (Kogan, Wilber and Mosqueda, 2016.). In online source of health promotion
they use social media in which by using pop ups advertising they draw attention of their
consumer base and by giving sales promotions organisation can be able to reach at their target
audience. In order to all online and offline source of promotion campaign proved beneficial for
