INTRODUCTION
The present report is based upon the scenarios related to organizational learning
regarding facing challenges through attaining the rate of changes in environment. The impact
upon organization reflects through internal and external working of the environment, thus the
changes incurred in the business reflects the overall working of the company. Organization
worked with wider range of strategies that is adapted by the leader and managers to run the
business in effective manner (Akhavan and Mahdi Hosseini, 2016). Thus, in this report the
discussion is undertaken on the bases of adapting the effective strategies to respond to challenges
which arises in respect of keeping up with the prevailing rate of changes. It is necessary that the
decision is to be undertaken within the stipulated time period and also the budgets and future
predictions is to be estimated, so that risk can be reduced through adapting the best strategies.
The report is based upon the Sainsbury company in which the learning organization is
determined regarding facilitating the learning to bring new ideas, thought and behavior to be
adapted to bring changes in their working.
DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS
Shah, Long and Ganji (2017) suggested that the rate of changes arises in respect of
having drastic changes in the business which can be explained in the terms of sales. As due to
changes in time, customer is preferring the products which is ecofriendly and also hygienic.
Thus, the changes occur in the organization regarding managing their sales strategies and also
the marketing procedure which they use to attract the customer towards the products. In respect
of imposing the learning organization in the business, it indicates that the capability of the
members is identified and then accurate training is to be provided. Through this manner, they can
adapt innovative ideas in business and also grab the interest of customer through attracting them
with the company new products or services.
By this point, the matter which is evaluated and analyzed is related to the productive and
management systems, as employees not easily change their working style and also work as per
the set directions. The changes which is attained by the company is relating to the changing the
style of working of the employees and this can be imposed through providing training or
changing the system of the organization (Senge’s Five Disciplines of Learning Organizations,
2020). Through this manner, employees are guided and trained in right manner and also motivate
them to adapt the new systems.
Buchanan (2019) stated that the rate of changes mainly exits in respect of implementing
the nature of work forces which is working in the organization. As every organization is covered
with employees which are belong with different background and culture and thus the working
criteria is also different. The rate of changes exits in respect of not preferring the ideas and
thought of different person which are not belonging to same category or not involving such
person in respect of attaining the task as a team (Chatzoglou and Chatzoudes, 2018). Thus, in
respect of organization, they can resolve such challenges by organizing the outside training
session or any social events. Through this manner, they provide chances to the employees to
interact with each other and share different ideas and thought with each other’s. The motivation

and guidance are given in respect of working as a team and also reduces the risk by doing the
group activity.
According to the Madhani (2016) the changes which the organization had to pertained is relating
to the technology. As most of the company are promoting their business through online sites or
also resolving the customer issues through taking feedback or reviews once they availed the
particular products or services. Thu, the challenges which the organization pertained is relating
to the maintaining the deep relationship with the customer in respect of interacting with them and
resolving tehri issues. Thus, in such manner the organization had to initiated with maintaining
the data security of the customer and also using clear and understandable languages. So that they
can easily understand the thoughts and views, which result in enhancing the reputation in right
way.
In respect of enhancing the learning organization, the team and individual can easily
develop their learning through providing the training and giving flexibility to the employees to
deal with the customer personally and interact with them. Through this manner, it results in
building confidences in them and also, they tackle the customer and satisfy their needs in their
own way (Chaffey, Hemphill and Edmundson-Bird, 2019). Usually the technology changes due
to changes in time and thus, to sustain the position in market, it is necessary that company must
adapt the advanced technology in the business. By adapting this system, they able to reach to the
customer within the time period and also resolve the issues within the stipulated time. Thus,
learning organization refers to the process of changing the techniques which is used by managers
to accomplish the task in better manner.
Maduka and et.al., (2018) stated that the changes which are undertaken in business is
relating to the personal mastery. As this is mainly adapted by the leaders or manager regarding
examining the capacity of the employees to attain the task within the set time limit. As every
employee carry certain capacity, knowledges and skills to accomplish the task and also the
strategies which they use, is also different. In such manner, the leaders had to learn the style and
ways which the employees carry to attain the task. After examining such learning, the new
techniques are to be adapted by the managers upon the individuals in respect of building their
capacity of working and also, they are appreciated with the rewards, if they accomplish the task
within the set guidance and instructions.
The suggestion which is stipulated regarding personal mastery is that learning is to be
given by motivating them to set the clear vision which is similar to the company vision. As every
employee had different vision and criteria of undertaking the matters and carry different
perspectives to attain such task. In such manner, the learning is useful in judging the capacity of
the individual and also the development which is to be provide, to put every employee in the
same platform (Criscuolo and et.al., 2018). This can mainly be fulfilled or resolved the issues
through changing the strategies of training. As employees demands innovative and creative
training which retain their interest towards the training for longer way and also the things which
is presented in training is sustained in their mind for longer way.

aspect the impact raised regarding changes in employee’s behavior, values and norms which they
carry at work place. Thus, the challenges to be overcomes in this aspect is though recruiting such
person who created the innovative and creative mined and also completed the task win using
innovative ideas. This can be judged during the procedure of recruiting and training the
employees before shifting them in the particular field.
Adebola (2019) viewed that the competitors raised in respect of comparing the policies
and flexibility which is provided by the other company in comparison with their stipulated
company in which they are working. In such manner the challenges faced in respect of not giving
flexibility to the employees or not organizing any outing session or social events which changes
the nature of employees from not attaining the daily routine work. Interest of employees retained,
if they find that the company is changing their working policies or giving flexibility to them
regarding one day flexible working or extra paid holidays or taking them to any trip. Through
this manner, it results in increasing the employees’ interest towards the business and also results
in getting more productivity and quality products in the business.
The decision which is raised by adapting these strategies is that employees can easily
balance their personal and professional life and also, they deal in providing the more productive
results. Organization enhances their business through satisfying the employees needs and
demands in the business and through this way, they provide quality products to the customers
(Scuotto and et.al., 2017). Thus, if company deals in fair sales, it results in long terms growth in
the business. In context of adapting the learning cultures in business, this resulting in sustaining
more growth and also enhances the ethical behaviors in the business.
Lloret (2016) highlight that the challenges which the organization had to learn to adapt is
quickly is relating to the customer taste and preferences regarding adapting the particular
products. This can be analyzed by the research and development department who is liable to
inspect about the market tactics and also the customer taste on preferring the particular things. As

instead of getting waste. Through these aspects, the decisions which the business can adapt is
relating to the enhancing the ways of analyzing the data and information regarding the customer

of the organization is to be developed in respect of building the interpersonal relationship with
the customer regarding examining their needs on the particular products or the things which they
preferred while selecting the particular products. Thus, resulting in getting the accurate
information which they present to the company and in return company plan the marketing and
sales strategies to retain the customer needs towards the products for longer time period.

From the above study, the report concludes the matters relating to the examining the
concept of learning organizations. In this report, it is mainly adapted in respect of developing the
learning of the members and individual to transform themselves regarding adapting new ideas,
thoughts and strategies to accomplish the task in better manner. In respect of sustaining their
position in the market regarding facing changes in business environment, lot of strategies are
adapted by the business such as in respect of innovative marketing strategies or flexibility at
work place or creative tactics used during the training procedure. Thus, the matters conclude
from this report is that this is useful in respect of encouraging culture in context of values, norms
and behavior of the individual and mentoring and inspecting the information and data across the
organizations.
RECOMMENDATION
From the above discussion, following points are to be recommended to the managers in
respect of examining the ways to be achieved through the learning culture is that:
Graphical or visual learning is one of the innovative ideas which is adapted by the
managers in respect of enhancing the cultural and their learning style of grabbing the
things. As employees are easily attracted if they find any images or picture which is used
by the leaders or managers to interpret their ideas and thoughts with them (Dayan, Heisig
and Matos, 2017). Thus, these techniques are to be adapted by the managers in respect of
retaining the employees’ interest towards the business for longer way.
In case of matters relating to learning culture in which the values and norms are
undertaken, managers had to change the recruiting procedure. As organization mainly
adapts the recruiting procedure regarding conducting examination or group discussion
activity and then the interview procedure. But in respect of building the learning culture,
task is to be given to the individual which they had to attained by using the innovative
and creative ideas. Through these aspects., they choose the efficient and capable
employees who accomplish the task in more effective manner.
Flexibility is one of the major challenges which resulting in building the strong learning
culture in organization. As every employee are free to discuss and share their views with
each other’s. Through these aspects, the retention of employees is larger and also, they
are freely to attain the task in their own way. Thus, resulting in giving liberty to take their

right manner.
Innovative and creative websites is to be used in respect of building the learning culture
in the organization. As through this manner, there must be no discrimination between the
employees’ culture and religion and thus they all are to treated in equivalent manner. As
culture can also be enhanced in respect of taking ideas from the employees and then
implementing them to provide good impression. Through this manner, employees feel
that they are the part of the business and also their decision and judgement are
appreciated at the work place.
