Part 1
Currently I am residing in Canada and pursuing my degree of diploma in Sociology.
As a part of my curriculum, I find it quite interesting to engage with subjects around me.
Such interaction enhances my understanding about those who are around me as well as the
non-living elements present and interact with them in a holistic way. Such understanding is
expected to enrich me in my future endeavors. In order to interact with a wider range of
people around me I tend to adopt the multicultural aspect of the communication in order to
develop my competence with the differences.
As such I would like to develop the skills of communication along with understanding
of the differences and their implications and respect as my first step in developing
multicultural competence. Consideration of the values of the others are also basic in
developing our competence to the variations noted in the cultural sphere.
The values include exhibiting consideration and respect for the differences around us
as such it allows to be compassionate and considerate of the values of the other and
accumulate the context of the others into that of ours.
I like to express same values in the different contexts with required contextual
modification. As per the family is concerned I try to respect their traditional outlook looking
at them through a modern lens. As per the community and school is concerned I try to
express my competence to the diversity and engage with them ethically and with values. My
values and its understandings are targeted to the natural environment where the exhibition of
human values and consideration are also important. My future goals therefore will be aimed
at coming up with a communication agency devoted towards collaborating different sectors
and assist them in developing effective communication in different sphere.

Strengths

Part 3
As per my future plan which is to set up an communication firm, by the functioning of
the firm I would like to assists other agencies on different arenas. The areas of concern would
be to assist the organizations in carrying on effective communication, PR related activities,
audits, recruitment, PR and social agencies and several others (Heyman, 2017).
Since it would a new venture, it would begin on online platform, which later on would
be established on the regional basis and with the availability of greater resources, the scope of
the organization would be extended on a national level.
As a basic step the organizational views need too be established as the primary base
of the organization would be ethics. Several funding agencies need to be approached in order
to aid the organization with its business venture. The vision and the mission of the plan needs
to be communicated in a proper way.
The customers of the venture would be different agencies and media house who
would like to establish effective communication in their own organization, conduct trainings
in that respect or guide them in establishing a multicultural workplace environment. The
stakeholders as such will involve different sectors primarily the one making their business
venture and working with diverse culture (Lämsä et al., 2017).
The lack of understanding about the cultural differences and cultural rigidness is more
likely to cause hindrance in my endeavor. In case of such threats backup plans would be carry
promotions and awareness involving the larger global phenomenon it is a part of.
