Building personal brand
I do a job in the Eagle Clues as a marketing professional. Our organisation conducted a
formal event which is award ceremony. This event is conducted to facilitate all employees
against the hard work and efforts they have put down in against to mitigate the affiliated
responsibility (Anderson, Chandy and Zia, 2018). This event is about to facilitate the employees
with awards and the facilitation in form of certificate against the hard work and excellence
employees have been shown. Titles like “rising star”, “progressive champion” and many such
titles are also allocated to the employees. On the basis of the performance and the capability
shown by the employees all these titles are allocated to human resources. This event is occurred
Sydney in the month of June.
The situation like dispute regarding facilitation over the title have been raised at the
event. The dispute have been resolved with support of senior employees and staff would allocate
at the event. I have been a valuable experience while working as a finance professional in the
industry. I can give advice to the new entrant that they should look forward to growing the
individual skill and abilities as a professional to continuously progress in the sector. I believe
that skill development is among the core practice that needed to incorporate by the professional
in against to mitigate the certain responsibilities in the best way possible.
Self reflection
I feel that my strength and skills are communication skill, presentation skill, decision-
making ability, problem solving ability and such like my core skills and strengths. I have an
attitude that allow me to behave progressively against the responsibility allocated to me by the
senior authority. I truly believe that the responsibilities allow the professional to improve the
skill and individual mindset as a professional (Ikolo, 2018). I wanted to be known for all my
dedication and efforts that I put in against to mitigate all my responsibilities. I feel that should
have a unique and different identity with all my achievements and success stories. I wanted to
be known for my attitude and personality trait that empower me to achieve the highest level of
success and career growth being a professional.
My ability to solve all the problems and the practice followed to mitigate all the
objective and efficiencies should be the ultimate image in the eyes of other employees. I feel
that all my colleagues should learn from me with the approach I follow and the attitude that I
undertake to mitigate all my responsibilities and roles in the organisation. My passion is to

conduct the most creative marketing campaigns. Marketing and promotions are my passion in
life. I enjoy the most doing the respective operations being a professional. My enthusiasm
towards the creative idea and mindset bring fuel in my body to mitigate all the responsibilities. I
feel that the scope of marketing allow me to dedicate and perform all my roles more
passionately in the organisation.
