INTRODUCTION
The concept of personal branding revolves around undertaking deliberate actions to
change and modify personal perception in favour of personal and professional growth (Khedher,
2019). The summary of own personal brand is provided in this report which is created on the
basis of personal brand infographic.

Explanation of brand imagery
My individual personal brand imagery is highly detailed and focused around my personal
interest for hospitality. I have used simple imagery for my personal branding which depicts the
end goal for my brand easily. In my personal brand infographic, I have used images related to
growth, entrepreneurship and innovations to communicate my interest in the area of starting my

own business. Visuals play an important part in developing an attractive infographic because
people associate specific visuals with emotions, meanings and concepts (Mukhlisiana, 2019).
I have also used variety of colours for my infographic because colours can be used to
signify specific emotions in others. I have used shades of green, orange, yellow and blue in my
infographic because theses colours have positive symbolism. Primarily green colour is used
throughout my personal brand imagery because it depicts growth, peace and nature. I chose
green colour shades because I want my personal brand to look growth oriented, harmonious and
showcase goodwill.
On the other hand, I have used orange because it showcases youthfulness and ambition.
Orange is striking colour because it is not commonly seen in nature (Martinez & et. al., 2021).
Similarly, I have used yellow in columns related to strength because yellow showcases
optimism. I have used specific visual images for every area of my infographic to ensure that
complete menacing is communicated to any viewer. This involves usage of images, animation
and clip-art. In this way I have been able to make my infographic cohesive and meaningful.
Key elements within individual (personal) brand
Personal Philosophy: My personal philosophy is centred around maintaining ethical
nature weather it is in the workplace or in my personal life. I believe that transparency
and accountability are pillars of ethical behaviour and are also essential for personal
growth and development. In the current age employers expect ethical behaviour from
their staff to generate goodwill and avoid legal troubles (Veetikazhi & et. al., 2022). In
addition to this I want to create consumer centric results weather it is for my employer or
foe my own services as consumer satisfaction is the biggest reward for any entrepreneur.
Finally, I also want to fulfil my social obligations by working for improving equality and
supporting diversity at every level in my life.
Qualities and Strengths: I believe that my main strength is my ability to find innovative
solutions for various problems. In addition to this my resilient personality, emotional
intelligence, critical thinking skills and leadership ability are some other important
strengths and capabilities which will help me excel in my professional career.
Professional Ambition: I have interest in building my career in tourism sector and
working with organizations such as the flight centre. I also want to improve my skills and
credentials to start own enterprise in the field of tourism and travelling such as wise trip.

Meaningful use of Colours: Every colour has specific associated themes which can be
used to create the desired response from the audience (Curtis & Romney, 2019). I have
ensured that each colour depicts specific meaning in my personal brand info-graphic.
This is well thought decision which will help me communicate my ideas effectively and
influence others on a profound level.
Simplistic layout: I have chosen a simple layout with bullet points to convey my personal
branding. This is because complicated layouts can often be interpreted by others
differently and lead to miscommunication.
Explanation of the selected technology and expected Professional Outcomes
I used the infographic website easelly to create an infographic fitting for my personal
brand. In addition to this, I also used to google to find suitable visuals for my info-graphic. I find
this technology to be useful because it provides easy to edit infographic templates for free.
My expected professional outcome from this personal brand infographic is that I will be
able to improve my online networking by using this infographic to communicate my personal
brand easily on different social media sites. In this way I my networking will support my
professional development. I will also be able to find organizations whose culture is aligned with
my personal brand to get better employment specifically in the tourism sector.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that personal branding is helpful for ensuring
professional growth because it changes audience perception about individuals and helps them
become more employable. Infographics are suitable tool for changing personal perception
because they combine visual ideas and text to present an authentic, creative and meaningful
personal brand.
