Part 1
Q1: My top five values are as follows honesty, positivity, compassion, courage and adaptability.
Q2: My 5 essential strengths are dedication, creativity, analytical and deductive power, pro-
activeness, optimism.
Q3: The important characteristics of my personality are highly linked with Openness and
Conscientiousness. According to Beaty openness is associated with the personality traits of
curiosity and imagination (775). Therefore, person having the feature of openness is also highly
curious to learn new things and adaptive with the new situation. In this regard, Silvia stated that
the opposite of openness can be seen as fear of learning something new and people become so
much conservative to do work (376). It is not good for professional work where volatile nature
and change in situation is identified as a common phenomenon.
On the other hand, conscientiousness is associated with the notion of organise and
disciplined traits. As per the research of Roberts, Hill and Davis it can be argued that the
conscientious people are more organised and try to prepare plan to achieve objectives (199).
From that point of view, Wihler opined that the conscientiousness trait helps to become more
focused and dedicated enough to meet the goals in a disciplined way (293). As a result of that it
becomes a helpful tool in professional world.
Q4: Besides the above mentioned characteristics my personality is also associated with the
ability to have a sense of humour and laugh. It makes me relaxed and focused in crisis situation.
Q5. I have the ability to do imaginative and creative works as it is best suited with my
personality. In addition to this, the conscientious nature of my personality helps me to become

dutiful and responsible in profession. As a matter of fact, this very nature also makes me
disciplined and objective enough to achieve my goals. Moreover, openness helps me to create an
open mind and think clearly. It is important in the professional world because it reduces errors. It
is also developed the analytical skills and deductive abilities which makes me efficiently
acknowledge my work and decision making. Accompanied with high sense of honesty and
optimism, my personality builds up a sense of moral foundation inside me that can paves the way
for reliability and friendliness in nature. It helps me to make amicable relation with my
colleagues and others in workplace and guides to foster a healthy workplace environment and at
the same time encourage me to develop my personality skills further.
Part 2
Professionalism is considered to be one of the major features in my personality which is
associated with different traits of personality. Openness and conscientiousness are the basic
characteristics that drive me to learn new things and shape myself with the changing situation.
Moreover, there is also an essence of honesty and positivism can be seen in my nature that helps
me to stay in the moral path and maintain good relation with friends and colleagues. As a matter
of fact, there is also pro-active nature and good analytical abilities that guides me to develop my
personality profoundly.
