Dear, Mr. Fricke,
The aim of this informal memo report is to analyse the personal branding as a potent
employees matching all the needs of the company. Personal branding is the concept of
defining, differentiating, communicating the unique Return On Investment am offering to my
target audience over the competitors. As the companies tend to grow in every aspect, it is
mandatory that they find the best quality human resources and I am trying to prove my
potential over my competitors. It is the practice of marketing my career as brand. It an
ongoing process for developing and maintaining the reputation of the individual, organisation
and groups.
Before I introduce myself I would like share the current actions of myself. I am now
doing diploma in business marketing in George Brown College in Toronto. In order to
present my personal branding, I consider myself to be a brand with a good packaging and
unique utility. This is why I would like to showcase my personal skills and capabilities so
that I can be hired according to my expectation in the reputed companies. In order to
understand and showcase my abilities that differentiate me from the other competitors, areas
of my expertise, areas of my passion and the words which represent my personal brand.
I have done high school in Punjab, India and chose commerce stream in High school.
This reveals that the knack of doing business and making myself successful in the business

organisation was a clear desire of my mind. I have created profile in different social
networking sites and find myself quite popular among my friend for my effective
communication style. As I am studying business marketing, therefore I have developed some
very important factors related to business. First it is essential to share that I have one short
time goals and a long time goal. I have effective managerial skills as proved while I was in
the college. In the university also, I have found that I am being abode by many of my
classmates in the proper execution of project works or decision making process. In addition
to this, I have the communication skills and relationship building skills which has helped me
to differentiate me from the other people even in a group. The planning skills in me have
helped me to organise my life in proper way. It is proven that I prefer to walk in the path
laden by myself which is never set by the others. This is why I compare myself with a well
packaged product which gives an idea of easy to open and unique for utilise. I have the
expertise of gaining knowledge of the product or service I am going to market within a
limited period of time. This is the reflection that I am interested to knowing different types of
marketing unique to the customers and guarantee for bringing profit for the company where I
will work.
I have the creativity skills which is expressed through my passion for travelling
different part of the world and learning different skills unique to that place. These are applied
in other cases in solving different problems of my career or life, along with the marketing
styles I apply for marketing of products of companies. Thus I have developed my unique
personal brand which will develop a relationship between my brand and consumer or any
type of stakeholders. The words that represent by brand is profit, relation and growth. All of
these factors will be vitalising my unique ideas to reach my target audience like the reputed
business organisation and advertising institutions. These audience are the people who depend
on the marketing executives for the launching of their brands in the online media.

In order to make my personal brand an online reality, I will follow some very
interesting steps which include, determining and prioritising my values and passions, defining
my traits, developing my personal image, define my target audience and build my online
presence. I shall be concluding this memo with a very relevant quotation of Tom Peters of
Fast Company which says, “All of us need to understand the importance of branding. We are
CEOs of our own companies: Me Inc. To be in business today, our most important job is to
be head marketer for the brand called you”.
