Personal Mission Statement: What is my mission in life?
My mission and aim is to manage the interviewer from where the students can be able to get
their desired job and can obtain the better results. However, being an assistant manger at the
DM partners is not easy for me as I experienced a huge responsibility at this job role and
required to enhance my skills and abilities to conduct the interview process in better manner
and can provide the suitable opportunity and possibility to the students to get their desired job.
My mission in life is to grow and develop myself at my professional career and want to maintain
and built my image and reputation in definite order (Bone, Bone, Grieshaber and et.al., 2019).

In my job role experience I identified that I am required to improve my decision-making
ability or a skill from where I can take the appropriate decision in regard to any particular
situation from where I can grow and develop myself along with the organizational growth.
For improving my decision-making skill, it will take time to get understood and grab the
education in making the right decision where it is my long term career goal.

As, it has been already cleared that I am having a role and duty of assistant manager at
DM partners where my short term goals is to improve my communication skill as it is the

promote the service of the company and can enable them to understand all the key areas
of the interview process (Bonfils, 2021). However, in my short term goal I have to enhance
my communication skill in excellent manner from where I can communicate in definite
manner.

leadership quality I will
communicate with my
colleagues and staff members

I need 5 weeks to improve
and enhance my
leadership skill. I will start
the improvement from 6th

will measure my success when my junior employee

Communication skill My communication skill is
quite good and effective but I
believe that I need to improve
more for obtaining the better
result and outcome (Jia, Guo,
Li and Chen, 2018). I will
improve my communication
skill by listening and
understanding the people
speech in definite manner and
reply them in effective way.
I need 2 weeks to improve
my communication skill
more efficiently. My
improvement area will
start from 4th august.
