Decision making :
 Decision making is one of my weakness because sometimes I took wrong
decisions through which I have suffered a lot and I was unable to complete
the given task on the time frame.
 It is very difficult to take correct decisions which provides benefit to the
team as well so this is one of my weakness and I am continuously working
on it to remove them by working on complex issues so that I can know
how to take correct decision on correct time.
 So that my team and Organization do not have to suffer any kind of loss
with my decisions.

CAREER PROSPECTS
 Graduation signifies the end of the student life for most students.
 It is a very big question for the graduates to what is the best career
option for them.
 Short term career :
 Short term career means that the graduate student will take a short
amount of time to achieve or start this career.
 Jobs are perfect for an individual to start of their career in a short
