INTRODUCTION
Personal analysis is required to identify the skills and abilities of an individual.
It is important for a person to do his personal analysis so that he will know his
capabilities of doing any job efficiently. Does analysis helps in achievement of
goals and objectives in specified time. A personal analysis helps employees in
identifying their weakness as well as strength and in this way a person can know
how achieve his targets. This analysis helps employees in knowing about the skills
that are to be required for fulfilling the requirements of given job or task. Search
analysis helps employee in acquiring knowledge and capabilities required
according to perform good in work. result of this kind of analysis games
knowledge for or involving in sessions and learning which will help him in
acquiring the desired capabilities. This analysis helps in improving the skills for
meeting the desired goals and objectives of Organization in an appropriate manner.
In the following given report , discussion is described on personal skill and
abilities of an employee. This consists of a study in which current skills and
knowledge of a manager and his experience is explained. Moreover , this contains
the experience of that individual and evidences of experiences such as certificates

PERSONAL ANALYSIS
A Personal analysis is the evaluation of own skill audit of a person that
helps in identification of weakness and strength of the individual. The skill audit is
done through different ways. These techniques or ways are helpful in analysing the
present status of skills and abilities of an individual. I know that my job role
requires some kind of extra skill and knowledge along with core knowledge of
logistics. From the overall analysis of my own skills, it has been identified by me
that according to my job role there are some core marketing skills which are
required to be adapted by me in order to sustain longer in the company and
enhance by productivity in effective manner. It is concluded from the personal
analysis that I am very good at interpersonal skills and communication skills. Also
I have good ability of analysing consumer behaviour and provide them satisfaction.
Due to this it is easy for me to convince suppliers and customers. I have knowledge
about consumer behaviour and I also have soft speaking skills and this helps me in
developing positive relationship at workplace. This positive relationship is
valuable for me completing my each and every assigned work in appropriate
manner. While the evaluation of my skills, I found that I am weak in some areas
like team building and experience with digital tools, platforms and channels. As
per the requirement of my job role, both these skills are important for better
performance. If I am unable to enhance my these skills then I will not be able to
succeed in marketing for a long time. This evaluation of skill is done on my
personal analysis and feedback received from colleagues and superiors. My
colleagues have told me that I am not able to work in a team effectively as when
others involve in my work I feel irritated as I am not able to coordinate with team
members which affects my productivity (Lizardo, 2017). Sometimes I am not able
to give my full potential to my work. On the other hand, I do not have good

of marketing so that new concepts and ideas can be given by me regarding increase
in sales of the company. There are some skills on which I have to work such as
