INTRODUCTION
It is vital for an individual to understand and know about the career options that are
available. It is seen that there are number of opportunities that are available in the market so it is
up to the person to choose the area of interest and try to identify career option in the same field
(Greenhaus, Callanan and Godshalk, 2018). In this report there is dispersion related to the
opportunities that come in part of an individual as well as how to identify the best opportunity
and take it as career option. There is need of SWOT analysis as it helps to identify and choose
the right career option. There is discussion relative to the opportunities that will be available in
short term medium term as well as long term for a graduate. Along with that there is discussion
related to the barriers that may occur in the path of individual after graduation.
MAIN BODY
SWOT Analysis
SWOT Analysis is a tool that helps a person to know about the key strengths and
competencies that are strong part. It is seen that the person who is able to know about the
strength and work on even polishing dam is successful. The second most important part of
SWOT analysis is weakness. It is a fact that each and every person has some or the other
weakness it is important to identify the weakness and accept them. After knowing about the
weakness the next step would be to work upon the weakness and fill the gap that will help to
grab the opportunity of getting a good job (Greco and Kraimer, 2020). These are the internal
factors and which a person can change by working upon them. It is seen that the opportunities
are external factors but it is important to conduct research of the environment and know about
the available options that will help full stop it is seen that there are various opportunities that are
available so a person should identify those opportunities and take first mover advantage. Threats
are the factors that may hindrance be career growth so it is important to know about the threats
along with that get prepared for them so that you can overcome them.
Strengths
I have good and effective
communication skills. It is seen that
while studying as well as to get a good
job there is need of good and effective
Weakness
I am not good at writing skills. Along
with that I am unable to keep records of
the data and information that are always
required.

I am not having ability to solve the

unable to decide the way to solve the
problem of the people that are part of

I am not a patient person. I get aggressive at small
things. This causes problem in the organisation. I need to
work on the same so as to work in corporate world
(Greco and Kraimer, 2020).

There are ample numbers of
opportunities that are available in
market. As I am having good
communication skills so I will be able
to crack interview as well as get a job.
Along with that as the world is getting
digital it is seen that my knowledge and
skills related to digital marketing will
help me to get good job.
Threats
The biggest threat that is faced by all
the people including me is related to
COVID 19. All the opportunities are
going down due to COVID 19.
Another major threat that is faced by
me is competition. Each and every
person is now taking courses and is
having skills and knowledge in the
field.
So it can be analysed that the biggest gap that I am facing is related to lack of practical
experience. It is seen that if I will do internship will help me to know about the corporate world
and the problems that arise while working. Along with that by taking training and development I
will be able to enhance my skills(Starcic, Barrow and Lebenicnik, 2017). As per the SWOT
Analysis it can be seen that I have to work on patience as there is requirement of patience as well
as time management while doing job. It is seen that by forming schedule as well as working as
per the deadline will help me. It is the time when I can learn a lot many skills and gain
knowledge that will help me to get a good job.

Career prospect is very important for the future of the individual in order to get success in
their profession. Training awards and prospect can help the individual to improve their career

which the individual can improve the career prospect which is by building their communication

content management and duration business marketing strategy and many more these are the
amended jobs in digital marketing in help me to choose any career and it gives several
opportunity for me(Ongiti, 2018). Digital marketing is a very effective career and rapidly
growing and evolving career path. As they have more channels in order to become more

enhance their analytical skills in order to adopt more Technologies. Digital marketing career

marketing full stop as it is very important for me to identify about the basics of digital marketing
and then I have to develop my own website in order to identify about the Search Engine
Optimisation and to become expert of this(Premachandra, 2019). Then I have to learn about the
Facebook ads advertising Google ads certification and become expert in Google Analytics in
order to become amended and get a digital marketing job as a freelancer. So it is very important
for me to understand all the steps and get a pot Unity in digital marketing career.
Progression Opportunities:
In order to find a job it is very important for me to identify the career progression of opportunity
so I can find a path for me and this career progression of opportunity make me feel like I am
growing with the several opportunity and also help me to provide sense of purpose which moves
in Foster loyalty. As I get several opportunities in my career but firstly I have to do something in
order to get success in my career(Okaiyeto and Habakuk, 2019). It is very important for me to
find a mentor that supports me to identify and work on my skills which is very required for me to
succeed at my work. Then it is required for me to take feedback from the subordinates and from
my peers in order to understand that I am doing well or not and what are the things that will
support me to improve my skills and performance. Then and I make a plan in order to set my
schedule and identify my Strategies and opportunities. Then I decide my industry and network
area through which I can get more opportunities. I get several opportunities which are mentioned
below:

It also support me too kick start my career very easily. It helps me to become a versatile
professional to stop as due to high demand for digital marketing skills it helps me to

of job is so less.
Lack of motivation homesickness loneliness is another challenge which are facing by
me during developing I am progressing in my career.
Challenge which is faced by every people including me is covid-19 pandemic in part
with create huge impact on my career.
So there are several more challenges which are facing by in order to get success
and enhance my skills so I can make my career and my future bright.

individual. A person should know about the skills and the knowledge that they have and are
important to get a job. It is important to note that a person should conduct a SWOT analysis that
