INTRODUCTION
Work related or jobs skills are determined as abilities through which individuals can gain
employment opportunity in a particular job field. These skills are important for candidate for a
specific job as per their interest (Büyüközkan, Mukul and Kongar, 2021). It has been identified
that every job profession have different type of skills through which employers analyse
candidate. In this with the help of SWOT analysis person can identify own strengths and
weaknesses, opportunities and can further undertake advantage of significant measures to
overcome the barriers and enhance current level of proficiency. This report is conducted on
personal audit along with career prospects and recreational opportunities.

SWOT analysis is a significant tool through which one can identify strength, weakness,
opportunity and threat that can have capability to affect their performance and behaviour as a
person. Mentioned below in order to perform an audit of my personal key strengths skills,
weaknesses, attributes and attitude that contribute towards my career and future progression into
graduate employment SWOT analysis is being conducted (Uhunamure and Shale, 2021). This
will help me to determine my weaknesses, strengths and opportunities through which I can
