The need for such a plan
There are different codes of conduct which has to be followed by nurses. It
allows them to engage with patient in proper way and respect their values and ethics

to them regarding how to communicate with patient and what standards or protocols is
to be followed. They know their roles and responsibilities and offer care services to
attain specific outcomes (Frush & et.al., (2018). The following of plan helps in improving
health outcomes. Each nurse develops plan as per their needs.

ensure by the hand of nurse like proper ensuring the requirement, number of patient
rooms. Also, it must be checked by the culture & safety professional that workplace
policies must be according to the patient safety. As according to the survey of AHRQ on
patient it has been identified that how staff and perceives various aspects of [patient
safety culture (Westat, 2016). Another strategy to implement the plan is to ensure the
proper safety goals is to upgrade the knowledge and information from the TIS.

safety principle. Nurse can take help from its seniors and mentors.

self-evaluation or get feedback from their seniors (Pettker & Grobman, (2015). Such
practices of monitoring help to see their own capabilities and weakness. On the other
hand, Individual can measure the success on the basis of the position gained in within
the health practice or taking feedback from the clients as well.
