It is important for the analysis the effectiveness in the development plan. There are some
effective process which aid in done this process are as follows:
Firstly I have manage time so that all the work completed in project deadline and better
schedule.
For evaluating I also make an effective team so that they are able to invite number of
customers toward the services.
I also make better communication with all the employees about all the operations.
For this I also set an effective schedule task according to the priority basis so that al the
task manage in effective manner.
In this my leadership skills also helps in manage all the team members in effective way
so that they easily manage all the patients.
For achieving my organizational as well as professional goals I have to attend various classes
and seminar to develop my skills which aid me to increasing the learning process and also
develop my knowledge in appropriate manner. Leadership skills is one of the important for me
so that I have to develop this type of skills in order to achieve my professional goals in effective
manner and also improve my awareness regarding the services which offer to the clients for their
health improvement. For this, I will contact with my senior management and lean that how to
lead a team and improve their performance. So that I can easily understand and also learn form
them to enhance their skills towards the leadership. With the help of this I easily manage and
lead my team members in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives in appropriate
manner.

On the other hand, learn time management skills is also important for me to provide as well as
completing all the task in effective manner. With the help of this I done me work as per the time
management. For this I use various time management strategies to set the appropriate time of the
work and also complete within the time so that I easily achieve my professional goals and

improve the overall performance of the company and the person in effective manner.
Relationship with the team members is also important in health and social care
organization so that they easily provide quality services to their patients. For this organization set
some rules and regulation which have to followed by the employees to encourage better working
environment. It also helps in delivering the best services in front of their patients so that they
attain better treatment and get more satisfied with the services.
