As according to these, there are some learning models which I enjoy technically and
practical task in which they demands for the collecting and understanding wide information in
very logical format. Therefore, resolving the problem is also a skill in the terms of advising the

teams by dictating them how to solve issues and problems in the process of management as well
(Treuren and Anderson, 2010).
1.2 Techniques to find personal development needs.
SWOT analysis is a tool which help to find my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats are as follows :-
Strengths Weaknesses
My actual strength is I got very good
communication skills. I am not short temper as
well which keeps me cool and calm at my
work place. I am hard working and concerned
about my work and try to achieve it in the best
possible manner. I am basically good at
performing well in the under pressure which
supports me and motivated me to complete
challenge.
I am very emotional person, which at times
becomes hurdle between me and my goals. I
easily get emotionally attached to people which
distracts me some times. I need motivation
from time to time, otherwise I would feel
monotonous.
Opportunities Threats
As, I perused journalism and mass
communications through which, I got many
opportunities to observe and notice the social
environment. Whether in the future there is
probability to get many opportunities in
electronic media and print media as well.
Through which will probably get chance to
reveal the truth and actual mirror of the society
in front of the people.
In the workplace, I recently faced one threat
that was another person assigned at the same
designation as mine. But his knowledge and
experience was superior and the organisation
valued and preferred him more as compared to
me. If there is high competition in the
organisation it demands to be perform well to
stay in the competition if not then there will be
chances of the out of the competition which
resultant to be disastrous.
(Treuren and Anderson, 2010).

1.3 Potential barriers for learning.
There are some barriers which become hurdle in the process of learning. There are some
barriers which are as follows: -
Childcare: - When I usually attend the classes or either at home there is children who
always demands for the extra care and nourishment. It needs some time as well through which it
is hard to for me to handle and focus about the both important things (Stephenson and Yorke,
2013). There are many responsibilities of kids to looks after them while studying, so it’s hard to
manage both at same time.
Work life Balance: - When it comes to work balance, it’s quite hard to manage
professional and personal life with the proper way and concerned about these (Spencer, 2013).
Along with overcrowded schedule there I got very few time to relax myself while busy with all
these stuffs.
Financial barriers: - To manage family along with managing study is quite typical in the
routine life. It demands for good financial budget and I can’t afford all these, so I took student
education load which helped me to continue my study further.
Geographical barriers: - Usually isn't very far from my home it will take some time and
will reach there within some few minutes. But when I am at work then I have to travel more for
my classes. I usually opt carpooling with others as it saves time as well as money.
Social barriers: - No, I am not first in the family who is perusing higher education, there
is little pressure from them like to become and chive some good goals. They have higher
expectations from me and they are supportive.
1.4 Barriers to learning overcome.
Childcare: - When I attend my classes there is baby sitter to take care of my children
after me, while at home I do it by myself. There is a nanny for backup emergency and I usually
schedule my holidays so I as to give quality time to my family.
Work life balance: - I manage and schedule my plan in a way so that I could manage all
my work, home as well as family, and plan holidays in advance for that. By this overcrowded
schedule I plan and make strategies and I compel them totally that's how I manage all of them.
Financial barrier: - It is hard when you don’t have enough financial resources and in
that you have to manage home and studies both (Rosenbloom, 2014). As such I preferred to
take student education loan in which I am totally comfortable with that.
