INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the capacity of humans to exercise introspection and to attempt to learn more
from different new experience. This report highlights my own experience about how I developed
as a learner in this module. Also, report explain how this experience will help me in approaching
future challenges.
MAIN BODY
Developed as a learner during this module
Carrying out module in University has helped me in evolving my self as a learner. Module
has helped me in gaining variety of knowledge and also building different skill set to carry out
module in University. This knowledge and skill has helped me in sprouting as learner.
Main knowledge which was gathered by me was information regarding topic of module. As in
the past I was not having that sort of knowledge about the same. This knowledge will eventually
help me in carrying out any such type of module in the future. Conducting this module for
University had taken me across variety of the literature review and also drive me to go through
all the secondary data related to the topic. This has provided very crucial support in building
good control over the language. This has helped me in presenting the learning in more attractive
and efficient way in front of the other in the University. In the initial stage I was a felling some
sort of pressure to carry out module, as it was the first time I was conducting any module for
University. After some time as module went I started feeling comfortable in carrying out
module, as I was helped by some senior which worked as confidence booster for me. Looking at
overall knowledge which was gained by me it is analyzed by me that this module has helped me
in understanding the importance of conducting module in University.
Not only knowledge, there were many different skill set which was also developed by me
during module which has played supporting role in evolving me as a learner. Communication
skill was one of such skill, as this module has asked me to go communicate with variety of
individual included in the module with the help of different communication platform. So with
the same I was able to build a good communication of mine. I generally used to take help of oral
communication when communicating with fellow student in module and at the time of
communicating with senior in the University I used to take help of written communication
platform. This skill has helped me in understanding the different learning more effectively and
also with the help of same skill I was able to pass on my learning more efficiently in University.

Good control over language has also helped me in building written communication skill, as I
was able to draft more presentable message to communicate with other in the University.
Another, skill which was developed and helped me in this module was Analysis skill of mine.
As in this module I was asked to analysis variety of the information which was gathering by me
with the help of different source in the nation. This skill has helped me in learning the quality
information and using the same in conducting module in the University. This skill will help me
in understanding the viability of the information through which I will come across in future. This
module has also proved crucial in building good team building skill of mine as to conduct this
module I was drive to take help of different team member in the University. As this module was
taken in the team, this has eventually drive good amount of communication between different
team members in the nation. This skill has helped me in getting good solution of the issue which
was certainly faced by me in the process of carrying out module in the University. Working in
the team used to provide the environment for all team members to come with the issue which is
faced by them. After that all team member with the common efforts try to find out the solution
of the same.
How this experience will help in overcoming different future challenge
Possessing that sort of knowledge and skill will definitely help me in overcoming the
variety of the issue which will be faced by me in University in future and I am also sure that it
will play a very crucial role in helping me to achieving the my short term goal of getting college
degree after 3 years. As carrying out different module in the University will have positive impact
on my grades. I think the biggest advantage which will be seen by me in the future will that I
will be able to build a good image of mine on the other parties in the University. As this module
has built good control over language, this will help me in presenting myself in more attractive
way in front of others in the University. Also, this may help me at the time of pursuing
professional career as well. Also, this knowledge will prove crucial at the time of conducting
any such type of module in the University. As there will be many such module which has to be
developed by me in the spam of 3 years.
Also, this will help me in remembering different learning for longer period of time in the
university and may prove crucial in solving the variety of future challenges which will be faced
by me in University. As with the help of Analysis skill I will find it easier to understand the
nature of the challenge and linking the same with the different solution of the problem in the

University. Communication skill of mine will prove crucial in building good clarity around me.
Communication skill will help me in understanding the concern of different student or professor
very easily and responding them with probable solution. This will help me in building good
relationship with other student in University. Not only that, it will also open up good hand of
support for me at the time I will find it difficult to carry out any such activity in the University.
