The construction of a PDP will provide with multiple benefits in regards to the segments
where I hold an expertise and the dimensions where I lag behind. This will help me to identify
the scope of improvement in order to build a and shape my character (Rampal and Biswas,

Review (PDR), that will prove to be an aid in the explication of different techniques and ideas
that can be utilised in the provision of effectual management for the respective growth and
development of my field. The usage of a SWOT analysis by me can help in the determination of

Strengths – The key strengths must be identified within an individual as these capabilities can
help in the attainment of the desired motive and goals that are set and determined by them in
their respective PDP (Challinor and Whyler, 2022). My key strength is in the effective time
management skills.
Weaknesses – The dimensions where an individual is not that proficient should be given
significant attention and try to identify the cause behind such a weakness. Theses hurdles can
bring restrictions towards the pathway of growth and development. The lag in the delegation of
work can be considered as a weakness in me.

Opportunities – The enumeration of the not so common areas must be done by the individual
for there respective excelling in the market. The available position in regards to this aspect must
be taken into account by the individual. This will help in taking the best advantage of the
available opportunities of the market. The courses in regards to the Lean Six Sigma can help me
in gaining additive knowledge which will provide a 360 degree point of view of the management
problems.
Threats –The distractions in respect to the rivalry, dynamical modifications in the market place
and the fiscal restraints, must be identified in an effectual manner for the enumerations of
possible criterion that can be taken into considerations for their prevention in life (Chan and
Tien, 2022).
